Sauberkeit war wirklich ein Problem, Weiterempfehlung nur, wenn am Sauberkeitsstandard gearbeitet wird.

Very friendly staff (Ciao Paolina!), a convenient location, the apartment in an old house with all of its interesting features. Staff's answers helped during preparations of the trip in planning of free parking.

Was not able to stay at the booked location. A problem with the ceiling, thus alternative accommodation provided.

Did not receive advance notification of the change and after slogging the bags to the front door, a notice was posted on the door that the point orf arrival had changed. The bus stop from the station is a substantial way away and not pleasant to carry the distance. The alternative accommodation was adequate and we have no negative issues to provide.

We loved our stay in Siena. The apartment was beautiful, larger than we expected, clean, with an amazing terrace with a view of Siena. Maura from the reception was very friendly and super helpful. She helped us figuring out transportation, shops in the area, was available by phone and got us a taxi when we were leaving. She speaks great English, too. We had a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and sipping it on the apartment's terrace was one of my favorite times of our vacation. Siena is beautiful and I hope to be back soon.

The kitchen could use better equipment - newer pots and pans, condiments.

We didn't stay at the hotel; we stayed at one of the apartments. It was modern, clean, with a large private terrace and washing machine in the bathroom. It's centrally located in the city and close to the Piazza del Campo.

It's located in an area a distance away from the hotel and there is no phone to call reception if having difficulties. We overloaded the electrical system by using the dish washer, washing machine and fan at the same time. We're from Canada and didn't know that this would overload the system. Problems could be prevented by having a phone just for calling reception, or if traveler had a cellphone, being informed that you need to purchase a sim card for Italy to make the calls. Also, having a notice about not running two appliances at once would have been helpful. Once we connected with the manager, she arrived quite promptly to reestablish the electricity.

The shared bathroom but it was not a problem, it is cleaned every day by the cleaner and once we had introduced ourselves to the other guests. It was very hot July when we stayed so maybe no aircon for the 2 hotest months might be a problem for some but we had an electric fan with us maybe they should put a fan in the rooms. All in all great value for money we would return next time we are in sienna

Very satisfied with my stay. Everything about the place was excellent, way beyond expectations, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was super-clean, well located and fairly cheap. Highly recommended!

Está muy central, en pleno barrio histórico a 3 minutos caminado de Plaza del Campo (Palio) , barrio muy silencios,te despiertan solo campanas de iglesia, el dpto. Tiene una terraza espectacular, es espacioso, cómodo, luminoso Y muy limpio. Éramos 4 personas y estuvimos muy bien para organizarnos en el lugar. El baño también Es muy bueno y espacioso, tiene una lavadora muy buena,útil para cuando vas cambiando de ciudad cada dos o tres días y puedes mantener tu ropa limpia.

No tiene hervidor de agua, puede ser un detalle pero cuando quieres algo mas Que usar la cafetera hace falta. Le recomendaría tener caja fuerte, siempre es útil para los viajeros.

Bij Duccio di Bueoninsegna kregen we een prettige ontvangst, en onze kamer bleek in een appartement wat er keurig uitzag. Ruime slaapkamer met badkamer en toilet, mogelijkheid tot koken in woon-eetkamer wat ook erg fijn is. Dit stond overigens niet vermeld bij de eigenschappen van dit verblijf.

Op booking.com stond vermeld dat er airconditioning in de kamer aanwezig was, wat een voorwaarde is geweest bij het kiezen van deze accommodatie. Echter, airco was helaas niet aanwezig, slechts een ventilator welke natuurlijk geen kamertemperatuur regelt.

Accoglienza ottima, appartamento spazioso, moderno, luminoso, ben arredato e completo di ogni accessorio necessario. Ottima posizione in centro storico, ha consentito una comoda visita della città. Altamente consigliabile.

El apartamento que nos dejaron era excelente. Me encantaría volver a repetir allí. Unas vistas estupendas y relación calidad-precio excelente.

La incertidumbre de contratar y no saber en cuáles de los alojamientos que tienen por toda Siena vas a alojarte.

Si chiamava "bed and breakfast" ma il breakfast non c'era. Era un appartamento vecchio, la porta della mia stanza chiudeva male ed era di vetro opaco. Non c'era un tavolo. Non c'era un cestino per le cartacce, neanche nel bagno. La reception era lontanissima dall'alloggio. Non era una stanza da quel prezzo.

In diversi anni che soggiorno occasionalmente a Siena sicuramente una delle strutture più accoglienti, e al contempo tra le più economiche, che ho trovato. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione centralissima. Sinceramente consigliato!!

Me ha gustado la posiscion esta detras del duomo, uso cucina y frigo disponibile, esta muy bien para quiere prepar su comida en mi caso dietetica. Es indicado para el turista que busca algo sencillo y como sentirse en casa. Booking decia q recepcion cierra alas 19 30 pero he llamado y me han esperado porque he tenido un retraso con el tren por lo qual agradezco tanto la comprensiòn y gentileza che he tenido con el persona. Siena es una bella ciudad que vale la pena visitar!

Posizione ottima, ambiente pulito e accogliente. L'ospitalità è stata magnifica. Impeccabile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo difficilmente eguagliabile.

Great location for exploring Siena. Good sized and well appointed apartment with all the necessary facilities for a young family including cot, highchair, washing machine, dishwasher. Lovely large terrace with views towards the San Francesco church.

We had a problem with the internet and it took 3 days for it to be rectified. It was a very simple solution in the end but took a long time for the staff to fix it. The apartment was also not cleaned properly when we arrived but when we mentioned this to the staff, they arranged for it to be recleaned promptly. When we arrived, there was no cot or highchair for our baby but when we mentioned this, it was remedied promptly also. We also had a problem with the elecricity-it blacked out on us twice. This apparently is usual for Siena if you use more than one source at a time eg kettle and oven at the same time. It was frustrating that there was no instruction booklet or guide for the property. When we arrived we had to work out that the hot water needed to be switched on and when the electricity went out, we had to contact the staff for advice on how to get it back on. A simple guide with these instructions in it would have made an enormous difference to our stay.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata si trovava al 4' piano (esattamente 96 gradini) di un palazzo in centro. L'appartamento è composto da due camere con bagno in comune, cucina ed un grande corridoio. Quasi tutte le finestre difficilissime da chiudere, porta della camera in vetri opaco ed essendo sole, perché l'altra camera non era stata affittata, l'atmosfera non era di certo delle più rassicuranti; nessun numero da contattare in caso di bisogno. E per concludere pulizia pessima sia in camera che in bagno, pavimento del bagno molto sporco, doccino della doccia che spruzzava acqua ovunque tranne che nella doccia, e wc sporco non specifico di cosa. Ovviamente la colazione non era inclusa tanto meno il rifacimento del letto e la pulizia... E pagando la camera 76 euro a notte non è di certo buono il rapporto qualità/ prezzo! Anzi!!!!

Cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari. L'alloggio era molto comodo per posizione, vicinissimo al Duomo, piazza del campo a tutti i servizi, ristoranti, supermarket. La camera è situata in una casa grande e accogliente con cucina a disposizione.
