Vas clean, comfortable, quiet and very central. Easy to go everywhere. The brekfast was good, but not excelent. Missing yogurt.But I will saty here next time.Is cheapper |

Location is excellent, breakfast is fine. Room was quite nicely decorated. They are about to start the facade renovation thus its all covered (luckily there was no noise yet). |

Location close to central station Although asked earlier baby bed was not there, when we got it it didnt jave baby linen but big pillow my baby slept bad there. Cleaning was poor towels not changed although on the floor. The worst was the noise and lack of privacy as hotel was being renovated outside with huge constructions and manu people walking on it |

The room was comfortable and location very central. Very good price. Possibility of roomservice with food from the restaurant below without extra charge. Friendly lady at reception in the morning. I did not have time for breakfast and she suggested to go down and choose some food to take with me. Room smelled like fish because it was above the restaurant and windows where open when I arrived. Another guest entered my room with the key that belonged to her room. When I asked for an explenation in the reception they told me they gave the wrong key to the lady. |

This hotel has a very good position in a quiet street just some 100 m from the main railway station where is terminal of airport tax.The staff was any time ready to advice me and to help me. For a 3 star hotel the offer for breakfast was not very rich.At the TV only italian chains. |

It seems that one time the hotel was just gorgeous, now it's still fine but not too well maintained. Good location, with walking distance to almost everything you need in the city. In our room air conditioner produced stench rather than cold. |

The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful and we really appreciated that. They really made the stay easy and relaxed esp.by being very flexible and baby friendly. Although Turin was not initially our main destination this made us want to come again. |

The hotel was on a very good location, near everything. Adequate room size for people without lots of luggage and/or not wanting to spend time in a hotel room. Nice staff, very helpful and spoke good English. Ok bathroom, good shower. Poor air conditioning (a box in a corner pushing out somewhat cool air - which helped absolutely nothing with 30 C outside). Small room. |

The personnel was very kind and opened to answer questions and to offer the best possible advices and comfort. The A/C in the room was not working for the whole period. |

The staff was helpful in finding the major landmarks and spoke English quite well. The room was not spectacular but did have a balcony and a sizeable balcony. The front door was locked for a period of at least half an hour during the middle of the day with no warning or explanation, preventing me from getting to my room. |

Beautiful spacious room, an amazing picturesque ceiling. excellent change of clean fresh towels. Lovely and romantic breakfast room, bright tables decor, with excellent choice of juices, fresh fruits, bread, toasts, croissants etc. Tiny awkward wordrobe, bide` /bidet was clogged up despite having informed staff to deal with it, it only required some bleach to unblock it; constant leak of water from air conditioning unit despite being closed; no hotel guest information sheet available in the room with list of services.Very poor lighting in the room as using very low voltage bulbs. |

The few formalities that needed to be carried out performed in a friendly and efficient manner You could apply the plug in the sink in the bathroom, but the mechanism to remove it was broken, so you had to manually operate the mechanism under the sink to remove the plug |
