Breakfast was poor

Location was great, very close to the main train station Porta Nuova. Room was ok but not what we booked. We booked superior double but got standard twin, no refund.

Room was not cleaned the second day, we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Wi-Fi did not work on the 4th floor, still we had to pay for it. Remote control for tv did not work. Air conditioning did not work. Staff did not speak english, only few words and very reluctantly. Breakfast was very poor. Coffee was made with a cheap machine and could not be called coffee. Water for tea was not clean (had to be taken from the same coffeemachine). This hotel is not value for the money.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over several years, and it constantly improved. The staff are very helpful, the rooms have character, and the breakfast is modest in choice but of good quality. The general area around the station is improving too, there are good restaurants around and the location is very convenient for train, or the bus from the airport.

Hanno prelevato l'importo dalla carta di credito prima che arrivassi in hotel. Mi è dispiaciuto perchè era la carta di un amico che mi aveva fatto il favore di prenotare per me e alla fine si è visto arrivare il conto! Questo mi ha fatto sentire a disagio e non è corretto. Poi al momento del congedo la persona alla reception non mi ha dato subito la ricevuta e ho dovuto chiederlo io espressamente. Questo non è corretto.

La proximité du centre ville

Equipement minimum dans les chambres, télé ne fonctionnant pas, fuite d'eau dans la salle de bains, et les petits déjeuners très basiques avec des boissons chaudes mauvaises.

Solo la posizione vicino alla stazione e al centro

Le stanze sono sporche e I corridoi di acceso vetusti e mal tenuti, il personale del servizio colazione e maleducato, e avendo detto che il caffe della macchinetta erogatrice era cattivo e con I fondi ha risposto che l'espresso si paga a parte, cosa inaudita per un albergo a 3 stelle, anche situato vicino alla stazione. La camera dava su un balcone sporco con accesso possibile dall'esterno e con infisso che non chiudeva per la sicurezza, la porta di accesso alla stanza aveva la maniglia mezza rotta tanto da dormire con una poltrona posta dietro alla porta per avere sorprese durante il sonno, letto duro e poca igene a terra.
