Location for exploring Verona on foot, friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfast.
Not quite up to star rating
Verona was a quick stop on our travel itenary. The hotel is quite centrally located. Its quite a historic building, hence, the rates. Breakfast was good and so were the rooms. The roof top restaurant was pricey but fantastic!!
A beautiful hotel in an excellent location, a must see if the roof top terrace restaurant, it has fabulous views. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. If I was visiting Verona again, which I will be doing next year then this is the hotel I would choose.
There isn't really anything to complain about other than my two favorite moans about virtually every hotel I've stayed in around the world (The Bellagio in Las Vegas being the only exception)! Electrical sockets in the room, had to move furniture to find one, and the toaster at breakfast, why do all hotels have toasters that take forever to make toast?
liked every aspect from start to finish
Amazingly beautiful, chic hotel. I've stayed there twice and enjoyed delicious breakfast, beautiful room, friendly staff and great location of the hotel.
During my 2nd stay for the Opera night, the temperature in a room was set to 5 (!) degrees!! It took a while till it became more a less warm. Service at the new panoramic grill restaurant isn't worth its money. However the food was excellent
Fantastic location, excellent facilities and wonderful staff.
Breakfast was horrible Rooms outdated Smelly Rooftop not possible for breakfast Way to expensive
The location, staff were extremely pleasant. Rooms very nice, and lovely clean linen every day.
Could maybe have a little more selection of fresh fruit at breakfast!
Location and Staff are great
Room and bathroom size. Poor shower. Useless TV and wifi. Pillows and sheets woeful.
Location, rooms, everything especially rooftop terrace.
Had a wonderful stay. Roof top restaurant had amazing food & very professional service
Enjoyable first stay at this hotel - will return
Perfect central location for exploring Verona. Friendly and helpful staff. Dinner in restaurant was of high quality. Very traditional.
Though clean the hotel feels a bit tired given the room rates. Didn't appreciate the aircon kicking in on a timer at 7:30am, obviously an old system and very noisy!
Beautiful decor, the most attentive and friendly possible staff, nice touches, good food
I like it very matc to stay in Due Torri Hotel.Spesial thanks for staff.People at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful.Lara was one of the best. Lovly breakfast and gerl at the entrance :))
Room was very,very small:((
Location was the best point in respect of this hotel. Room overlooked the beautiful Anastasia church and square. This was my first visit to Verona and the hotel was located conveniently for getting to see all of the sights on foot. The hotel reception was welcoming on arrival.
Room was generally small. In particular, the bathroom left a lot to be desired in terms of space. The roof-top restaurant proved disappointing too, while the views over Verona were wonderful the menu was limited and expensive for what was a pretty average meal. I booked the hotel last minute through Booking.com and perhaps we ended up paying a premium price for what was a basic room.
Lunch at the topfloor, very expensive. Did get a small room than we paid for and they did not want to change without extra 60 Euro per night. After we contacted Booking.com and complained we did get what we paid for.
Excellent breakfast, friendly and attentive (if a bit invasive) service, nice character to the building, excellent location
Wifi was completely dysfunctional, and there was only one inaccessible (and old-fashioned ungrounded) electrical socket in the whole room. This property would work well for a retreat from the world, but not for a business trip.
hotel facilities and location, friendly staff
noisy corner room, what a pity for a 5star hotel
The amazing interior.
A bit expensive...
The hotel is in a beautiful historical building, very classical European style: low-key luxury. Staff everywhere (reception, concierge, breakfast, restaurant and bar) were very sincere, warm and efficient. Excellent food and drinks. I got to try a 50-year-old balsamical vinegar in the hotel restaurant, unforgetable taste. The roof-top restarant/bar offers fantastic view of the city. Highly recommend!!
The location is excellent. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. They accommodated us past the cut off time. Dinner on the terrace was very good as the chef grilled meat and then they served.
Bathroom a little dated and shower spread water all over, disappointing for a five star hotel.
Really professional staff; nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful linen sheets and excellent towels and no-one asking us to save the planet on our holiday!
We would have welcomed coffee and tea making facilities in the room. These days, most hotels of that calibre have a Nespresso machine/kettle so that you can make yourself a drink when you want it. Also, the wifi didn't operate in our bedrooms.
Quite an old furniture
