The Hotel was beautiful and the staff friendly. It's location is very central for easy walking around the city. The rooms were very comfortable. It was not easy to drive there - especially when there is a festival going on in town!. The bath tub was too narrow. |

Location On arrival reception were indifferent and unhelpful. Room offered was unacceptable. Not clean, small bathroom, insufficient facilities. Changed room after 3 hours. This room was acceptable but not value for money. |

Location excellent. The hotel staff were helpful. The de-luxe room did not compare with other 5* hotels in the region. We extended arranged previously to extend our stay but the room was not cleaned/serviced for 24 hours.The evening meal was poor value and of a poor standard. |
