Excellent hotel at an excellent location.

The kept our passports at the reception desk until we left!!! When we asked at the checkout it took a while to find where they were... very strange process... never happened to me before.

The location is excellent. The personnel very friendly. I liked the fact that the hotel is in a very old and beautiful building.

Location of the hotel was fine for our purposes. We were in easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

The design of the interior layout of the hotel was poor. We had a suite on the fourth floor with only one window (facing the far wall of the hotel). There was no natural light, nor any view at all. I was very disappointed in the room especially after the amount of money we spent.

Room service didnt speak english, even though its a 5* international hotel and provide english translation on menu......room was very dark and looked onto a wall, covered in pigeon poo, not nice at all, considering room was over E415 per night, definately wouldnt recommend this hotel

The history of the city. The bars and restaurants. The arena would return for the opera season. The shopping, just a wonderful city!

Central position and Lobby

It is very much over priced. NO Parking on site although advertised as having!. Very poor bathroom quality on plumbing. No chairs in bedroom. Certainly doesn't warrant 5 stars! No breakfast buffet either!

La colazione non è all'altezza delle cinque stelle e il personale della sala della colazione è davvero poco cortese.

De uitermate mooie uitstraling het mooie restaurant, waar we door 2 obers bediend wereden die ook veel van de geschiedenis van dit hotel wisten

het eten zelf was niet zo geweldig zeker vanwege de hoge prijs, de restaurantrekening waren ze vergeten op de totaalrekening, netjes als wij zijn en ook eerlijk hebben we dit vermeld waar zij zeer dankbaar vopor waren het was toch 157 euro die ze anders gemist hadden

Abbiamo soggiornata in questo hotel per la nostra prima notte di nozze. L'hotel e' molto bello ed elegante, il personale gentile e attento e la colazione a buffet perfetta. Ad essere sinceri noi abbiamo approfittato dell'offerta a meta' prezzo altrimenti non avremmo pagato cosi tanto per una notte. Considerando l'occasione speciale e il prezzo ridotto pero' siamo stati molto contenti e soddisfatti.

Отремонтировать номера, стирать лучше белье, поробовать поставить непротекающие души, убирать пол в номере. Понять, что старость и ветхость - это не синонимы антикварности.
