internet available in hotel reception was rude. room was very small. bathroom did not have shower?? breakfast very average. pay for eggs?? 4 stars is a stretch |

Location was excellent for walking to landmarks and monuments. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was only one working electrical outlet in the entire room to plug in electronics and it was not near any mirrors. |

Posizione centralissima (10 minuti a piedi da P.zza San Marco), ottimo il servizo taxi (gratuito nel nostro pacchetto) di collegamento a Murano direttamente da un'uscita dell'Hotel sulla laguna Colazione poco variegata e sala piccola. Regolazione dell'aria condizionata solo dalla reception ed è capitato alle 2 di notte di dover scendere di persona per farla spegnere poichè il dipendente non sentiva il telefono. Bagno non proprio adeguato alla categoria dell'Hotel in quanto a dimensioni |

Reception molto gentile, abbiamo prenotato una basic e ci hanno dato una camera vista canale! Molto bello! Camere ben tenute, ristrutturato recentemente, pulito. Molto suggestivo l'entrata dal canale e abbiamo molto apprezzato il taxi-boat offerto per la visita a Murano. Alla sera il canale emana odori non piacevolissimi dovuti alla bassa marea...ma questo non è colpa dell'Hotel!! |

hotel très bien situé,proche de tout.notre chambre au 1er etage était spacieuse et décorée avec gout.la salle de bain était superbe!de plus l'hotel est très calme,seule la climatisation fait un peu de bruit mais qui n'est pas trop genant.le personnel est très prevenant et le petit déjeuner tout a fait correct.de plus le prix de la chambre pour venise est compétitif chambre au 1er étage un peu sombre avec du vis a vis et donnant sur une petite cour pas très "classe" |

Das Ambiente und die Lage in Kombination mit sehr nettem Personal haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Frühstücksbufett ist typisch italienisch und könnte etwas verbessert werden. |

Posizione centralissima, pulizia e cordialità dello staff. Consiglio questo hotel solo se trovate tariffe interessanti Camera molto vicina all'ascensore, stanza carina, ma non da 4 stelle lusso come descritta, colazione media ma non all'altezza |

Un hotel muy céntrico. La habitacion buena en cuestion de tamaño y muy limpia. Imposible encontrarlo. Tuvimos que llamar al hotel y tuvieron que salir a buscarnos. Llegábamos a las 12 de la noche. |

le cadre et le personnel de l'hotel Je trouve très limite d'avoir du café imbuvable (soluble) dans un 4 étoiles. Nous avons été très surpris en soulevant une nappe d’un meuble de la chambre de voir qu'il s'agissait d'un amas de planche de bois! |
