Only 10 mins from st marks square. Very good reception staff who kindly recommended a superb restaurant for us to eat and booked a table for us. Portering staff very good, room perfectly venetian and lovely decor - room looked over canal It did take a while to find it so take directions. It was also over 3 canal bridges which was a mission with suitcases although we could have taken a water taxi (60euro) or used a porter (25euro). Canal was lovely watching the gondolas go by - although 2hours of Sole Mio on the accordian !!

They were kind with us. The room was big and silent... And the toilet was nice too. The smell of the room was very bad. I don't know if it was new paint or it is always like that

Convenient location and an easy walk to many Venice landmarks Reachable by water taxi right to reception Staff very helpful A good choice of hotel and our second stay there The bar opening times are restricted so a return to drop off things from a morning shopping trip means you cannot get a drink at the hotel

Friendly, efficient staff. Comfortable bedrooms. Good central location. Cramped breakfast rooms. Lounge, away from bar and small. Air-con didn't always work.

We loved friendly staff, location of the hotel, welcome drink, free trip to Murano island. Room was small but confortable for our needs. Room was a little bit noisy (water pipelines)

Staff were fluent in English. Room was a decent size and clean. We received a free upgrade. We booked a private transfer back to the airport via the hotel and were told that for 120 Euros this would be a water taxi to the airport dock and then a minibus to the terminal building. In fact it was a 10 minute water taxi ride to Piazza Roma and then a car the rest of the way. We were completely misinformed and felt very let down - it spooky the end of a lovely holiday.

As we were on our honeymoon we really appreciated the room upgrade to a suite and the bottle of champagne in our room. Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel location is also excellent. We had a great stay at Duodo Palace and will definitely recommend it!

We loved the position of Duodo Palace and its position on the canal. It was so exciting to be dropped off at the door by water tasi. Perhaps more information about Venice and its attractions when we arrived and a map being offered to us.

под изысканной мебелью в комнате обнаруживается обшарпанный ламинированный дсп. маленький столик рядом с креслом - откинув дорогую ткань можно обнаружить две сколоченные друг с другом дсп, даже не ламинированные. Окна из номера выходят на окна соседнего дома, стоящего вплотную к гостинице. Романтика! Венеция!

Hotel très bien placé dans le cartier de san marco. Situē dans une petite ruelle très calme en plein centre de Venise. Cet hôtel possède également un accès direct au canal > sympa :-) Personnel très accueuillant et parlant très bien français. Ps: Trajet "aller" gratuit en bateau privé de l'hôtel jusqu'à l'île de Murano. Petit déjeuné correct...

Ausgesprochen ruhige Lage an einem ruhigen Seitenkanal. Unser Zimmer war im ersten Stock gelegen. Dadurch wirkte das Zimmer etwas dunkel. Empfehlung: Nach Zimmern in oberen Stockwerken nachfragen (gilt eigentlich in ganz Venedig).

Фешенебельный отель! Стены обиты шелком! Обслуживание отличное! Персонал внимательный и услужливый! Место отличное! В самом сердце района Сан Марко. Из недостатков - удаленность от вокзала и доступных магазинов. Слышимость в отеле небольшая есть, но как для здания 16го века - это более чем простительно. Рекомендую очень и очень!
