The B&B Dei Decumani is located in the heart of the historic center. It is next to Naples’ Cathedral, the Duomo di San Gennaro. This modern bed and breakfast is set in an 18th-century building.

Located near to the historical centre and close to very good restaurants. Good night-life also in the surroundings.
Nothing. Everything was great!
Great place to stay in Naples. Located in the Historic Center close to all tourist’s attractions, railway/metro station. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfasts are very tasty. The bathroom and the kitchen fully equipped, we found everything we needed. Vincenzo is very friendly and attentive host. Hope to stay again.
A great place to stay. Maria and Vincenzo were very welcoming and interested in us as people. Both were always happy to share information about the area and getting around. Great breakfast and a quiet but well located place to stay. Thanks guys for making our stay in Naples but that little bit more special. Gracie! Ottimo!
Everything is fantastic, Vincenzo and Maria are excellent hosts who are very accommodating and helpful in discussing things to do/see in the area. The breakfast was fresh delicious local patisserie delicacies which was different each day, really good coffee and fresh orange juice. The wifi was super fast, and our bedroom very clean and comfortable especially after a very noisy stay in Rome. Thank you very much
Situated in the heart of the old town Duomo89 is close to many of the sights in Naples and just a few minutes from the underground network. the B+B itself was spotlessly clean and well looked after, and, although in ahold building, it has been redecorated in a modern style. You can also cook your own meals if you want which made shopping in the market a pleasure. We had no problems with the wifi.
Vincenzo is awesome! Very friendly and knows everything you need to know about trips to Pompeii and Capri. Big room, nice private toilet.
The bed is a bit hard, which I actually prefer, but my girlfriend didn't sleep that well. So not necessarily a bad thing - depends on what you like.
Good housekeeper, good flat, good breakfast - very nice place to stay but bad region
Bad region, bad location - very dirty street and rather dark. It spoils appearance about Napoli
Great owner, very helpful and friendly great wifi connection rooms are clean, good bed, good shower. Airco. Great location
This hostel was very small. Quite, spacious, clean rooms. Very nice owner.
The bathroom was not besides the room
The house has nice rooms and it's right in the center. The owner is always available to help you out giving useful suggestions on how to move around, what to visit, eat and so on.
Before me and my friend came to Napoli we were a bit worried because our hotel in Rome was a bit pain..... On our way to Duomo 89 we felt even worse because Napoli seems very dirty. So we put our expectation at the lowest level. But when we found it, it was just amazing!!!! You can't actually tell how great it is before you enter the big gate. There is lift. The house is very big with a huge living room, tidy and equipped kitchen with such a good atmosphere! Our bedroom is big with a full height door face to the street but it was not noisy at all. Just perfect. We didn't have a bathroom in our bedroom but there was one just for us to use which was really clean and brand new. If you think that is all then you are wrong! Vincenzo and Maria are really really nice person. They draw us that great map showing us all the interesting parts of Napoli! Because of them we just fell in love with our days there. It feels like home and with friends. We felt warmly welcomed! Also they made me love coffee now! I was the one who only drink 2 times of coffee ever year! The location of this hotel is very good too. We didn't buy any metro ticket or bus, we did everything on foot. From the central station to the hotel is about 20 mins on foot and from hotel to the shopping street or restaurant is 20 mins too. The most famous pizza place is just 10 mins away! I think my description just looks too good to be true. But it was great indeed. If you want to have a great time in Napoli, if you feel the homesick while traveling, do not hesitate to choose this one!
Vincenzo, please feel free to be less friendly sometimes haha! And you should spread your hotel spirit all over the world!
Very good Hotel and Owner Vincenzo! Near to Train Station, very clean and cheap! Good breakfast. We recommend this Hotel to All!
The host was a really kind and also nice to have a chat with. Breakfast was good!
Wifi did not work in the room.
Vicenzo is a great host! We came in late and tired, he was waiting for us with Neapolitan pizza and drinks. He spent a lot of time helping us plan our stay and everday would bring something fresh and typical for breakfast. The room is modern, furniture is new, and this was certainly great value for our money. Definetely reccomend this place.
Very nice apartment in a very central location. The place was very clean and everything seemed almost new. The host was very helpful. Also benefited from a very good internet connection. I highly recommend staying here.
Superb B&B in every way--a real find. 17th century building, newly renovated flat, first floor with lift. 2 spacious comfortable bedrooms with private baths. Very tasteful decor with some original elements. Quiet bedrooms though in heart of Old City and steps from the Duomo. Owner Vicenzo is charming and helpful in every way. We used the modern kitchen and were quite "at home". Better than any hotel I've stayed in in Italy (I've stayed in many 4*) at a fraction of the cost. Vicenzo even provided us with a lovely breakfast beyond continental upon request. Just fantastic.
