Well located. Rooms were quiet. Short walk to Duomo. They need a link on how to drive to the hotel from a 1. Laundry service required 48 hours.. |

The room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom amenities were excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a wonderful view over Siena and was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast juice was not 100% juice - more like a cordial. |

The location of the hotel as fabulous. Being able to walk out of your door and be in city center is wonderful. The staff lady was very helpful with bus and train routes for our departure as well. And I thought it was very sweet how she encouraged our return visit and asked us to tell friends about Siena. It was a refreshing change from the snobbery of Florence. The rooms were not very nice. They are very dated and have the feel of a college dorm room almost. Not all f the vies from the rooms are that nice either. There is also a bit of noise from room to room. I would not recommend this hotel for a couple seeking fabulous accomodations but more for the family seeking decent sized rooms for an okay price in a great location. |

Good location in the center of Siena in an old building. Our room had great view over garden and the Duomo. Hard to find and reach by car. For hotel guests parking is available in a garage some 10 min away. |

Very central, which is difficult in a medieval town. Good breakfast. The3 staff should have known/told me about blocked roads getting to hotel. This was very stressful as roads are narrow and one way. They did not answer the phone when I tried to call to determine alternative route. |

A nice comfortable place to stay, The road works made it very difficult to approach by car, some warning would have been helpful |

Location of hotel, view from the room (no. 51), the blonde female desk clerk (very helpful). The male desk clerk, the male desk clerk, the male desk clerk. He hates his jop and, boy, does it show. |
