Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well appointed room. The mattress could have been more comfortable. I would have preferred free internet. |

The location of the hotel is perfect, and most of the staff are extremely friendly. The bedrooms are great, the maid service was excellent. Air conditioning - is only availabile in season determined by hotel. One of our key needs for a hotel was air conditioning but Hotel Doumo either has it on all rooms or off all rooms. Despite it being a very warm spell they wouldnt turn it on. Make sure and get full details on car parking if arriving late - it caused a lot of hassle for us. Car park is approx 7 minutes from hotel. |

Ideal location in the pedestrianised waterfront, in a beautiful and interesting town off largely off the main tourist itineraries. Secure garage included in proce but about 15 minutes walk away from the hotel. |

A number of qualities made this a superb holiday. The helpful staff made a most enjoyable stay along with the perfect location and views of the lake. The small size of the hotel created a personal touch and we enjoyed the dual aspect of the suite. A fabulous evening meal completed each lovely day! Possibly a more varied fresh fruit salad for breakfast - too much apple each morning! |

zentrale Lage und doch ruhig, sehr gute Küche, hervorragender Service - einfach alles ... Zufahrtsbeschreibung von Booking.com nur zu Fuß möglich! Bitte nicht nutzen. Unser Vorschlag: von Riva kommend - abzweigen Salò Zentrum - erster Kreisel Richtung See bis zum Parkplatz - dort Klingelknopf Hotel Duomo drücken - die Säule senkt sich - dann sind es noch 100 m auf der Promenade - so einfach! |

Die Lage am See,das Restaurant mit der Terasse wenig hilfbereit bei der Organisation bei Tagesausflügen sowie keine Erklärungen zur Einrichtung des Hauses (Fitness, Sauna, Safe, usw). |

Der Hotelgast wird mit einer Flasche Heilwasser auf dem Zimmer begrüßt. Das Hotel verleiht kostenlos Fahrräder. Das Hotel stellt kostenlos einen Platz für den PKW im bewachten Parkhaus zur Verfügung Die dt. öffentlich rechtlichen Fernsehanstalten können empfangen werden. Das Hotel wird persönlich "familiär" geführt. Kleinere Kommunikationspannen, konnten immer zur Zufriedenheit geklärt werden. Die Zimmer sind für die Kategorie etwas klein dimensioniert. Der normale Kaffee beim Frühstück ist leider aus Instantpulver. Alternativ kann man eine Tasse Cappucino / Latte machiato / Espresso bestellen. Ab der zweiten Tasse wird diese extra berechnet. |

Ligging direkt aan het meer en op loopafstand van alle winkels en restaurants. Prijs van de parking was inbegrepen, en op 5 minuten loopafstand. |
