We enjoyed absolutely everything! The hotel was within the walking distance from the centre of Parma, the staff was absolutely great and helped us when it was needed. Room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was great as well. With the special promotional rate we had that was definitely the best value for money you could get. The parking at the hotel could be free for those staying there (especially as there are plenty of free spaces there) |

The best is the bed and assortment of pillows. Someone entered in my room, open a bag and my wallet and stole 400 eur, so the security is very poor. The hotel is very old style so they work with normal keys. It could be anyone working there or even a former guest who made a copy. |

Old fashioned type of hotel with very large rooms with huge beds and generous bathrooms. Efficient staff and always a pleasure to stay there. |

Reception very efficient but lacked any friendliness. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast good. Location was also good but watch out when using the park to get back at night as the park gates could be closed at no notice leaving you stranded in the dark in a park with a long walk... Staff need to lighten up and smile a bit. Information from reception staff very poor. This also reflected the basic attitude within Parma. If I had to go to Parma I'd stay at this hotel but why would I go to Parma? |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location right on the ducal park. Some reviewers have criticised it for not being in town. Well, we prefer quiet and a leisurely (15 min.) stroll through the beautiful park to the centre, rather than the incessant and inconsiderate noise that blights most of Italy most of the time. |
