アーリーチェックインが可能で推薦されたレストランもとても美味しかった。スタッフがとても親切。

部屋が少し狭いのと駅からやや遠かった。

フロントスタッフの対応がすばらしい。さわやかな笑顔と、宿泊客に対して、常に相手の立場に立ち、親身に考- え対応してくれました。部屋は広く、ダブルルームには、キングサイズベッドが備え付けられていました。防音- 、空調ともに快適でした。朝食は、完全なアメリカンスタイルでパンの種類が少なく、少し不満を感じました。-

フィットネスルーム、リストランテなど、閉ざされているところが多かった。オフシーズンとはいえ暗すぎるイ- メージ。

大きなホテルなのに、夜はフロントに女性スタッフ一人しかおらず、ほとんどヒステリックな状態に見うけられ- ました。とてもなまった英語で聞き取りにくく「PARDON?」を繰り返していたら、「英語ができないのか？」と言われました。夜のバー（客数のわりに狭い）もいっぱい- で、何時に食事ができるのか？　そもそもできないのか？　と聞いたら、「私は食堂担当者ではないからわからない」と言われました。あと、部屋に二箇所あるコンセント- がいずれも壊れていて、ポットが使えずとても不便でした。

The room facilities were quite good, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The room decor was tired and slightly grubby. The breakfast choice was poor and some items tended to run out and were not replenished, so that later arrivals had an even poorer choice. The breakfast room staff were not very efficient. We had dinner in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival - the quality of the meal was very poor so we always ate out after that.

A very nice hotel. The buffet breakfast is well above the usual standard and the location is great. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very chic and new, great happy hour complimentry treats. Chef for dinner was created interesting and delicious meals. Our room even had a stationary bike.

The shower in our room was beautiful but did not have a shelf or anything to be able to put soap or shampoo on. Could not lower the temp of the air in the room so it was uncomfortable to sleep in and if you open a window it goes off entirely. The free computer use is great but it is on the check in counter and you have to stand to use it.

Noise from the elevator in the room during day and night, after changing to another room the noise decreased but did not disapear. In the two room the hand shower could not be closed completely and the water conduit leacked.

Good price for the services offered but this is to be expected in the middle of August. OK for short stay.

Hotel facilities and personnel refer to past glory. Rooms could benifit from some refurbishment

Its location next to the Park of the town and in a short distance from the center of the town. Very luxurious hotel.

Beautiful design. Cleanliness. Attentive staff. Comfortable rooms though third bed very small and hard. Close enough to walk into city. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Quiet.

Tird bed in room for three adults too small and very hard!
