Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.

The room facilities were quite good, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room decor was tired and slightly grubby. The breakfast choice was poor and some items tended to run out and were not replenished, so that later arrivals had an even poorer choice. The breakfast room staff were not very efficient. We had dinner in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival - the quality of the meal was very poor so we always ate out after that. |

The staff member at check in was very friendly and extremely helpful with our request. The hotel, although an older fit out was very comfortable and we would stay there again. There was some noise from the elevators at night which took a while to get used to. |

It was very chic and new, great happy hour complimentry treats. Chef for dinner was created interesting and delicious meals. Our room even had a stationary bike. The shower in our room was beautiful but did not have a shelf or anything to be able to put soap or shampoo on. Could not lower the temp of the air in the room so it was uncomfortable to sleep in and if you open a window it goes off entirely. The free computer use is great but it is on the check in counter and you have to stand to use it. |

The bathroom was well designed and comfortable. We travel extensively throughout the world, and I can say without hesitation, that we have never been greeted by such unfriendly, unpleasant people at the reception!!!! They were rude and unhelpful with everything. We stayed at another star hotel in Rome, and the staff there were similar. We will never stay at a Star chain hotel again. |

Freindly personel Noise from the elevator in the room during day and night, after changing to another room the noise decreased but did not disapear. In the two room the hand shower could not be closed completely and the water conduit leacked. |

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good. The location next to the park was pleasant. Oddly, it was not possible to use the staircase. No bicycles were available to rent. |

Good price for the services offered but this is to be expected in the middle of August. OK for short stay. Hotel facilities and personnel refer to past glory. Rooms could benifit from some refurbishment |

It was close to the centre, easy to find and offered good value for money The decor was faded and the staff could have been friendlier. The maps showing you how to walk to the centre could have been clearer. |

Beautiful design. Cleanliness. Attentive staff. Comfortable rooms though third bed very small and hard. Close enough to walk into city. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Quiet. Tird bed in room for three adults too small and very hard! |

Rooms spacious and beds comfortable. Porters pleasant and able to speak English well. Waiting staff excellent. Reception staff have improved since last visit in 2008. Menu in restaurant is limited and never varied - reflected I believe by the lack of customers. The plastic flowers on the tables were awful - however, when my wife complained we noticed the next day fresh flowers replaced the plastic ones. |

The hotel staff were friendly and the room very quiet and well equipped though I could have done with a chair for working on my lap top, It is maybe a little bit further out of the city than some competing hotels and in the evening you cannot cut through the park |

The hotel is very near to the city centre (15 minutes walk). Nice rooms. parking available at the hotel. An large parc just behind the hotel. the restaurant in the hotel is rather dark and i should recommend restaurants in the city |

We enjoyed absolutely everything! The hotel was within the walking distance from the centre of Parma, the staff was absolutely great and helped us when it was needed. Room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was great as well. With the special promotional rate we had that was definitely the best value for money you could get. The parking at the hotel could be free for those staying there (especially as there are plenty of free spaces there) |

The best is the bed and assortment of pillows. Someone entered in my room, open a bag and my wallet and stole 400 eur, so the security is very poor. The hotel is very old style so they work with normal keys. It could be anyone working there or even a former guest who made a copy. |
