干净、面积大、比较安静。

干净舒适，坐两三站公交即到LORETO地铁站。

服务生虽然不会讲英文，但态度很好，可以问他们提供热水。酒店的卡片后面其实有非常详尽的地图，比Book- ing上画的好多了。卫生间比较好。早餐虽然- 要到附近的另外一家店，是自助的，比较丰盛。酒店周围的环境很好，有个小教堂，附近的街区很适合散步。

离地铁站非常远，要走20分钟。而且在小花园的后面，很难发现。没有烧热水的设备，更不用说杯子什么的，床- 有点软。

Tiny bed, not enough space for a couple, and we are not definitely oversized. Breakfast was very simple, but considering the price, it was not big issue for us. But we preferred to take breakfast in one of the places in direction to the centre.

Heater not so strong. There was not much to eat for breakfast, and the dining room was so small(three tables) especially when it was raining.

The staff barelt speaks english, and they are not friendly at all. They cant help you visit the city as they know nothing of it. Every morning we were woken up by the cleaning lady shouting at the corridor and trying to access rooms they were locked(to clean them). In the end for no reason they were not comfortable paying them by credit card. We had to go and find an atm to pay them cash.

Close to the subway station, nice and clean room, big supermarkets in the area.

No elevator, poor breakfast - only croissants and cereals, the personnel hardly speaks english, but that's not such of a problem.

Located in a relatively calm area yet the city center is only 15 min away by public transport. Bus stop to the main shopping street just around the corner. The central train station is also very close. The staff were very friendly and helpful to all our queries. Very clean, spacey rooms and unusually large bathrooms for this class of hotels. Definitely recommended.

Paper thin walls. We were initially lodged in a room next to the reception. Needless to say we didn't sleep during the first night. However, the staff had no objections moving us into a different room the day after. Wifi access and the room safe are not free.

Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast. Good place, few minutes to metro.

A great value for the money! The hotel was clean and had a very large bathroom. The metro station was a few blocks away.

Small bed, we asked for another one, and they gave one (without extra price). Thay say the credit card machine is broken, I think in order to avoid tax payments, and probably you have to pay in cash.

Hotel is on a good location, near metro station, in a nice neighborhood. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, cafes, fast food and supermarkets. About 1.5km in the direction of the center there is a big shopping street. Hotel stuff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Our room 107 had a huge balcony overlooking to the yard. Breakfast is served in hotel nearby and it is 'classical italian' (only sweets). I would defenetly stay in this hotel again :-)

There are only few small drawbacks: 1) they charge for WiFi; 2) one has to wash hair during the shower because the shower cabin is small and the water goes straight to the head. This was not a problem for us and I guess it can be avoided with a shower cap; 3) there were no glasses in the bathroom nor in the room. Overall these are small things which did not bother us at all :-)

No air conditioning, no fan for ventilation, no screens on windows, therefore the mosquitoes will ruin your sleep when you are too hot to keep the windows closed. Do not stay in this hotel during the mosquito months, and there certainly are mosquitoes in Milan.

- Location is close to city centre and the main train station Centrale. - 10 minutes to the metro station Pasteur. - Room 211 with balcony is great.

- Receptionist asked us to pay 10 € for the room safe box . When we said that no one tell as about paid safebox on arrival, receptionist showed us the note on the wall on italian. - Breakfast is served in the other hotel and it is extra poor.

Cheap, decent location, not far away from metro and 15-20 minutes walking from central train station.

We booked at hotel Durante which was advertised to be a newly renovated hotel with TV and air conditioned in the room. When we arived, we were sent to the other hotel a few blocks away. The other hotel was not renovated as advertised and it did not have air conditioning, which, believe me, you'll need in summer in Milan. The ceiling fan does not count as AC. The room had dirty curtains and dusty windows. Elevater could be used by only one person at a time, which was pretty inconvenient. The reception staff was not very friendly. The first guy who checked us in did not give us the TV remote, nor did he state that the remote is not in the room. Breakfast is served at 7 a.m. so if you need to check out earlier, you can forget about it. If you don't mind the above, you can go ahead as the price is only little higher than a twin bed hostel, but it has a private bathroom and breakfast (provided that you leave after 7)

The bathroom is beautiful and the shower is good!

For the price we paid - 52 euro for a night - the location (short walk from Loreto metro station), and the quality of the room (small, but super-clean, modern, with a nice big bathroom) were superb. I don't remember it there was any TV, as we didn't need one.
