In the Comfort Rooms enjoy the hydromassage bath or shower. Lovely sea-view balconies are available in the suites and junior suites. A stylish looking hotel with well appointed rooms with the potential to be stunning! Good location - 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants with plenty of free parking. This hotel has great potential which it isn't realising. It has a wonderful rooftop space, that it lists as a garden, but there are no ammenities up there? What a wonderful space for a rooftop bar overlooking the sea with the best views in Reggio! The daily maid service to our room was not to the standard I would expect of a 4* hotel.

The staff Were excellent but that was the only good feature . In our opinion it was not a four star hotel We were booked for four night but checked out After one night we will not be using your service Sid Barish

Near shops and train station. Nice clean communal beach nearby. Access difficult to find if arriving on foot from airport bus. Unpleasant smell from canal running near hotel. View of rubbish from hotel corridor and on beach as well as nearby shanty dwellings. Noise from air conditioning plants outside bedroom. Inconvenience of centrally controlled air conditioning plant.

Ottima posizione sia per il lavoro che per lo shopping ed il relax; ottima cucina e relativo servizio; arredamento moderno ma allo stesso tempo caldo e accogliente. Molto gradevole sentire lo scroscio delle onde e non già i rumori del traffico.

La bellezza del panorama che si può ammirare dall'hotel e la disponibilità del personale Il parcheggio non appare sufficiente ad ospitare molte auto. Le aree circostanti l'hotel, anche se non di competenza dell'albergo, andrebbero bonificate in quanto non rispecchiano l'imagine dell'albergo.

O hotel é ótimo. Fica bem perto da praia e é muito bonito. O café da manhã é muito bom e a localização é muito boa! Vale muito a pena ficar lá...principalmente pela vista do mar que tem no terraço do hotel. Os funcionários não falam inglês, mas eles se esforçam para entender o que estamos precisando. Gostei bastante....

La vicinanza al centro cittadino e la struttura moderna e posizionata in prossimità del mare. Ho chiesto di poter mangiare un toast o qualcos'altro alle 3( di pomeriggio non di notte) e mi è stato risposto che era chiuso sia il ristorante che il bar. Ho prenotato una stanza comfort con doccia ne ho trovata una con vasca e quando ho chiesto il cambio sono stato reindirizzato, allo stesso prezzo, in una normale. Comunque I servizi sono da migliorare per un 4 stelle( ho rimpianto il vicino vecchio Hotel Excelsior's dove mi sono sempre fermato). Peccato perchè la posizione è di tutto rilievo e la struttura ben realizzata.
