We stayed at the hotel with a couple of friends for four nights and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners are wonderful, they are so warm and kind .Whenever we referred to them for any information or if we needed something, they were always ready to help.. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. The hotel shuttle to town was very helpful . The view from the room balcony is breathtaking. Taking breakfast at the terrace is also a wonderful experiend.. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Bolzano again. We would love to return just for the hotel. Joseph Fundaminsky

Very good customer service. We inquired about the shuttle bus to town and it was made available immediately just for us, and we phoned when we were ready for a pickup and they came into town in 5 mins and took us back to the hotel. Also very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel and restaurant. Great facilities, especially the pool! Nice walking track from the hotel to town if you are up for it, very uphill coming back! We couldn't find the street address on our GPS but the signs from the main train station were fine.

Very good restaurant, nice view, spacious room. Problems with Internet, no Wi-Fi in our room, just cable. Noisy at night with windows opened (raiway station nearby).

Superb location and fantastic views (from south-facing room but had to pay extra). Great size of room, nice spa facilities including outside hot tub. Restaurant was good with beautiful views. Everything was set up to take advantage of the great location.

The view from the hotel was spectacular. Had a rural feel but was close to the city, hiking trails to Bolzano and Castel Roncolo abut hotel. Hot tub not amazingly hot, and sauna didn't seem to be working

We had a room with a view......breathtaking :-) I actually think, that we liked everything about our stay at Hotel Eberle. If you stay here...go to Ober Bolzano and take the train from there.....more "Schöne Aussicht". The road up to the hotel is also breathtaking... :-) But if you want the view.....put on the walking shoe

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo albergo, la stanza era molto bella e confortevole con un ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo!!! E poi il soggiorno comprendeva anche la colazione a buffet veramente fantastica!

Camera molto confortevole, pulizia accurata ,panorama verso la citta di Bolzano suggestivo? Colazione a Buffet di buona qualità.. Tv senza telecomando pertanto non fruibile. Alla mia richiesta di poterlo avere, mi è stato risposto che avrebbero dovuto levarlo ad altra camera !?!

Sehr schöne Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht auf Bozen, grosse und sehr saubere Zimmer, Zimmerausstattung, Service im Hotel und Restaurant, grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Wenn man Stockfisch und Pizza nicht liebt, wenig Alternativern auf der Speisekarte Anfahrt auf engen Gässchen Typisches Seminarhotel, für Familien mit Kindern ungeeignet, da ab Hanglage.

Staff cordiale e disponibile, camere spaziose e molto pulite, letti comodissimi, vista con panorama sulla città, sui monti e sulle vigne. Perfetto per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. Navetta gratuita per il centro città (l'hotel è situato in un punto alto appena fuori dal centro). Unico neo: gli orari della navetta per il centro città un po' troppo ristretti obbligano all'uso del taxi per gli spostamenti.

Wir (Gruppe von vier Mädls) wollten mal wieder in Bozen shoppen + wellnessen. Außerdem wollten wir die Südtirolerische Kulisse bewundern und haben uns daher für diesen Hotel entschieden, da es mitten in den Weinbergen bei/in Bozen liegt mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt.
