Set in the heart of Bolzano, 220 yards from the cathedral, Parkhotel Laurin is surrounded by a beautiful park where you can dine on warm, summer evenings.
Score from 946 reviews Wonderful
This Four Points Sheraton is next to the Fiera Bolzano convention center, close to highway A22 exit. The spa center on the 7th floor offers panoramic views of the Dolomites.
Score from 659 reviews Very good
Art & Design Napura is a brand-new hotel opened in April 2011. Located between Bolzano and Merano, it offers ultra-modern self-catering suites and a roof terrace with jacuzzis and panoramic views.

Business Resort Parkhotel Werth features a peaceful, green location, just a 10-minute drive from the center of Bolzano, and even closer to the convention center.

Upon walking into the hotel on arrival, on our first day of vacation, the stairs were wet and I fell down, badly bruising my leg. An hour later, I asked to be brought to the hospital, and spent the next two days in the hospital. There was no show of concern from the hotel...just business as usual although they only charged the single room rate. We stayed in 4 hotels during the next 2 weeks. The other hotels' staff could not have been more different. Check out my other reviews. Being involved in an accident in a foreign country is not usual, one would hope that the hotel staff would be more supportive. Suggest you take your business elsewhere.
Very nice location in wineyards, not so far to the city centre - only way back is up to the hill:), nice terrace and very nice personal! From reception to restaurant, everybody was very kind and smily:). And rooms have small but nice bathroom - if you travel a lot, you can enjoy nice shower here!
we booked ...rooms with view on Dolomits...it was view direct on the rockwall, ca 5 m from our window, so you see really nothing:). Rooms are small, but in such a cities you are not expected to be half a day in the room, so for sleeping it was ok.
Excellent view from the (south-facing) balcony in our comfortable, spacious room! Good breakfasts and an excellent restaurant in the hotel -- the same family owns the vineyards opposite and you can enjoy some excellent wines from it -- it is in St. Magdalena, one of the most famous wine areas in South Tyrol. Friendly and helpful staff.
A bit of noise from the restaurant until around midnight can make it difficult to sleep with the window open, but I can put up with that for the great view and the pleasure of having the great restaurant there!
Beautiful setting above Bolzano town with fantastic views from the terrace. Large, comfortable room. Excellent staff. Good buffet breakfast and superb evening meals in the restaurant.
Very nice and new hotel. . Amazing view. Delicious food. Great service
Lack of free Wi-Fi.
The staff made us very welcome in all areas, and the terrace restaurant was wonderful. We also enjoyed the walk into town but it is steep and long if you are a mature person. We very much enjoyed the town walking street, and the closeness to facilities to explore the mountains.
The view and the service...the meals and the pool area...wish we could have stayed longer than only one night.
The only obstacle was the road going up to the premises...but the effort was worth it!
Very nice hotel & staff. Good facilities & great breakfast buffet - had dinner downtown Bolzano. A little challenge getting to the hotel via very narrow roads :-)
Everything! I was traveling with my dog and the hotel could not have been more accommodating, great facilities and wonderful food.
Very friendly staff, dinner was served on the terrace and was great value for money. The view was overwhelming over the city.
Room was a bit outdated, but not bad at all.
Great views. Good food. Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent location, stunning views
Road on the way up is steep and narrow, but we'll worth it once you're up there
Rooms had everything you needed including bathrobes & slippers. The food was very reasonably priced & excellent and we had a 5 course set menu for 29 euro. The views stunning by day and night. We only stayed 1 night so didn't get to use the excellent facilities available.
Being in the middle of vineyard thought that the local wines might have been a little cheaper!
Misinformed about air-con. Not true air-con (still air or something) which , whilst keeps room cool , requires windows/doors shut but does not change the air so gets stuffy at night and its location (above a large rail terminus) means windows cannot be left open due to the noise.
Boring breakfast, but that's not unusual I Italy.
Service Breakfast Location
Location is execllent!
Woke up with the smell of freshly baked bread. Nice, but not on my room.
The hotel has an old world appeal with all the comforts. The restaurant food and breakfast menu were excellent. The views from the restaurant and patio were absolutely stunning. We looked over the vineyards and villas on the lush green hills with the incredible snow capped Dolomites as a back drop.
Difficulty to get into via the very narrow and winding lanes.
The location is great. It is up on a hill overlooking Bolzano and the Dolomites. Great Restaurant service, both for Breakfast and dinner. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Facilities are very good and clean. Rooms are very comfortable with nice size bathroom. A/C and Internet services are very good.
The information published is misleading stating that north rooms have mountains view and in reality they have a cliff behind like a wall. To enjoy the view you must ask for a room facing south. Road to reach the hotel is quite challenging for driving or walking to town.
Lovely hotel up on the hillside set amongst the vineyards not far from Bolzano. Beautiful view & the owners & staff were very friendly. Good hearty breakfast & the restaurant dining experience was pleasant. I would def come back again.
