A new, very well-appointed, comfortable hotel. Felt more like a 4-star except for it's lack of a dining room. Excellent staff with lots of advice for travelers. Amazing breakfast included which can be enjoyed outside in the beautiful garden. Although out of downtown (hence the reasonable price) the hotel offers free shuttle service to the metro or to the city centre. They ever have bus tickets to sell at the desk and every map you could need. The road coming down into our area was often clogged with traffic and made the trip in and out a bit long but never more than 30 minutes.

Second trip to this hotel. Great location and access to public transport. Modern, clean, stylish hotel with great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Free car park on-site so close to the centre of Rome is fantastic. Very pleasant surroundings, great breakfast and great ethos.

The staffs were very kind and helpful, spoke good English. The hotel was clean and cosy, especially the bathroom was very clean. I didn't have any negative comments about the hotel's facilities. Only one thing to complain was the location of the hotel. It took time. The buses didn't come on time, sometimes I had to wait for the bus more about 30 min. If you don't have enough time to stay in Rome, this hotel would not be ideal for you. But if you have time, this hotel would be great.

Everything was as written on the website of hotel. Breakfast is very good, with wide range of food for non vegetearian and vegeterian also, internet working very good, rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Bus service to the Vatican is available and free of charge. Bus station for metro and Rome is near of the hotel, and we received from reception bus schedule with clear explanation about lines. From Vatican to the Rome the best way is to walking. It is a good way to see what you want, and also it is good for body line :). Also hotel is near to the outlet shopping center - Castel Romano, as we were by car it takes 20 minutes from hotel to the Castel. So the hotel is excellent, if you go to Rome this is a very good choice, for very good money.

The room with a nice view and a confortable bed and good air conditioned. The staff always very helpfull, specially Emanuelle, the best receptionist I have ever met. The breakfast was very good. The shuttle to city center or Metro station was excellent. Overall, it was an excellent hotel, the best city hotel I have ever stayed in. The location was good to city center but not very nice. It was safe, though.

The employees were very nice and helpful, the room was very clean and the garden is very beautiful with a great variation of breakfast - always fresh and clean. Don´t take the Juniorsuite!!! First of all it´s downstairs in the basement with only one window for 2 rooms, it´s soooooo loud and noisy - you can hear everything from the neighbours and outside, you can hear the whirlpool, the clima and the tv from the other rooms. The bed makes noices with every movement you make. My Baby got a travell-babybed without mattress only the wooden-underground, so I had to let her sleep in our double-bed. The refrigerator was next to the bed and also too loud. The Hotel is pretty far away from the city (yes maybe 15 minutes to vaticano but ~35 minutes to Termini), which is way to far especially with a baby. The picture from outside of the hotel is good but not all true, because the hotel is not in the green, it´s on a highly frequented street next to a "Baumarkt" and a gasstation and eventhough far away from everything (the next normal food store "PIM" is ca. 3-4 busstation away). It was the worst stay I ever had and without baby I would had changed the hotel!

Everything. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly cleaned everyday. The breakfast is incredible!!! There is breakfast for absolutely everyone. I have travelled all around Europe and this is easily the best hotel I stayed in with my friend and the breakfast was miles above any other, which we enjoyed in the beautiful garden area. The price is very reasonable, we would have paid the rate for the breakfast only! The location was perfect as it is not in the busy area of Rome, but access to the centre of Rome is extremely easy with either the free Hotel coach or bus, then metro, which really doesn't take very long. All staff are extremely helpful and nice. Free internet. Excellent channels on the tv. I cannot recommend this hotel any more. Thank you for the breakfast and stay! We liked everything but the Hotel should be better advertised because it (including the breakfast) is far better than it sounds and looks on the website!

The location is just beautiful with its gardens and pavillons. The extremely friendly staff makes you feel right at home, and the breakfast buffet may compete with a 5 star hotel. The easy access to the bus station (100m) and a 10 minutes bus drive makes it easy and relax to visit the Vatican. And it's good to know that the hotel really practices energy efficiency. More as a recommendation I would like to see at my next visit an Internet wifi with a better signal and not dropping every minute.

Good value. Very clean. Getting to historic Rome was a pain. Had to take a bus or shuttle to the Metro and then go to historic Rome. Coming home after 9pm was bus only from the city to the hotel

Really nice place to stay! Very clean rooms, fantastic breakfast and helpfull staff. Open garden for breakfast and little walk, especcialy good if you have kids. There is a feeling that you are in country site. Free spacious parking. Very good if you travell with car. Free transfer to the nearest metro station, well organized. They took us even directly to Vatican for free because there was no much traffic that day. Hotel really cares about their guests! Very pleasant stay! pritty small rooms

The buffet breakfast. Really fantastic - freshly squeezed orange juice each morning, and a wide variety...very nice! Plus the restaurants in the surrounding area were outstanding. Great Italian food. The staff at Eco Hotel were also very accomodating...super nice. Our bathtub drain didnt work..had to get a staff memeber to fix it, but issue was unresolved. Staff ended up having to empty the bathtub by bucket into toilet. Also, no pots or pans or plates...or silverware... in the kitchen area of our room. Kind of pointless to have a kitchenette if there is nothing to cook with or eat off of.

The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is just amazing, simply the best breakfast I ever seen in Italy. The metro station and Vatican can be reached by free shuttle service (in the morning and in the evening). No shuttle from noon to 18:30.

the friendly staff and quick response the hotel is well maintained and clean the breakfast was amazing with a lot to choose from and having a shuttle bus was a nice gesture from the hotel the fact that it is a bit far from the city center and the bus system is not that reliable especially at night and on weekend. it would be more useful to specify more (on the website) where the bus station is after coming out of the metro...

We were very satisfied by the staff which was always very helpful in providing information for the city, the sightseeing, the events e.t.c. We also enjoyed the shuttle which we used everyday to go to the city center. It should be noted that there was also public transportation nearby which we used as well in order to go back to the hotel at night. The hotel also offers free private parking which is very convenient as you have not to worry about available parking places or the car's security. Last but not least is the breakfast! Amazing variety with fresh products. If we will go again to Rome, we will definitely go again to this hotel.

* very friendly and helpful staff, * excellent breakfasts, * clean, quiet and comfortable room. * no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, * location - although hotel offers free shuttle to the nearest subway station and there`s ATAC buses stop very close to the hotel, return to the hotel in the evening was quite difficult
