Room and bathroom were spacious. Nice looking elevator. Near the central train station. Staff at reception was terrible. They control heating from the reception,and only after lot of arguing and lot of lost nerves we got our room to be warm enough.Hotel is on a corner of very busy street, and there is no sound isolation, so you can hear people talking in the streets.Also lights from the cars in the streets will make you feel like in a disco. Neighborhood of hotel looks very dangerous |

Liked the location - close to Naples main train terminal. Can see the hotel from the train station, easy to find. Roof top seating lounge - very nice. Great elevator. The bath tub / shower set. The shower was set up to rinse you off from a tub bath, not to take a stand up shower. |

The position of the hotel just nearby the central station of Naples.Breakfast was good, clean room, the man at the reception was very friendly. We didn't feel safe in the neighbourhood around the hotel. |

IWe liked the closeness of the hotel to the train station. It also was close to a number of inexpensive eating places and wonderful patisseries. The rooms were large, well appointed and clean. The breakfast room staff was courteous and helpful and the continental breakfast was very good. |

Ho apprezzato il personale contattato anche telefonicamente il quale mi ha raccomandato un ristorante centrale attraverso amici e a proprie spese. Per inciso abbiamo mangiato bene degustando vini dell'Appennino campano. Inoltre la solita apprezzabile apertura verso tutti i clienti anche durante la colazione. L'unico aspetto negativo è dato dalla rumorosità delle camera che dava su Corso Novara. |

A pochi metri dall'ingresso della stazione centrale, sulla strada principale; bello, nuovo, moderno,comodo, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non è cosigliabile girare in tarda ora, ma non solo nei pressi della stazione, in tutto il centro in generale. |

Estrema cordialità del personale, pulizia, comfort, vicinanza alla stazione centrale. La colazione a buffet inclusa, pur essendo soddisfacente sotto tutti gli aspetti, potrebbe essere migliorata per essere allo stesso livello delle ottime caratteristiche di questo albergo. |
