Just the friendly cleaner and breakfast lady. They do not allow u take ur shopping to ur room if u have a lot of it. We were not informed this on arrival and then argued with the receptionist b'cos of it. Hotel staff need to inform lodgers abt the regulations before checking in.

Our stay in the hotel was okay. Hotel was close to train station and price was reasonable. Since we flew into Naples and was taking train to Venice the next day, convenience was the only reason we chose this hotel. Area of Naples was bad. Dirty, lots of traffic and noise. We watched street walkers (prostitutes) and drunks at night from our balcony.

Eden hotel is very old, however it was fully renovated. Everything was new and clean, but don't expect to see a luxurius hotel. The roof garden was great for taking your breakfast. The hotel is located very close to train station and bus terminals. Money/Quality balance. The main problem is the noise at night. The surrounding area is very noisy and the hotel has inadequate windows for this purpose. The breakfast was below mediocre... Althought it had buffet-breakfast, there was no variety at all. The woman in charge of the breakfast was very impolite. Finally I was asked 10e extra for loosing my keycard, in order tou get into my room...

Po příjezdu na hotel jsme byli velmi příjemně překvapeni milým přijetím v recepci a i po celou dobu pobytu jsme byli se službami i s personálem moc spokojeni. Rádi se sem budeme vracet.

Struttura molto bella. Abbiamo chiesto di restare un giorno in più, ma per una cattiva comunicazione tra lo staff dell'hotel il secondo giorno pensando che andassimo via hanno fatto raccogliere tutte le nostre cose personali che avevamo lasciato in stanza e rimesse in valigia e lasciate al deposito bagagli..

Goed ontvangst door een vriendelijke receptionist. Persoonlijk advies over bezienswaardigheden in de stad incl. een plattegrond. Ontbijt bleek maar geserveerd te worden tot 10 uur. Dit was ons niet verteld waardoor we voor een dichte ontbijtzaal stonden.

Purtroppo - niente. Mancanza del frigo bar - era presente in camera, ma non funzionava. Lo stesso la cassa forte. La colazione era pessima, e le tovaglie sporche. Ma sopratutto comportamento di uno degli impiegati alla reception - mancanza della proffesionalita, di cortesia, in poche parole - era scandaloso.

Die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr gut, alles neu und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und haben uns auf einem Stadtplan alles gezeigt, was wir in Neapel suchten. Das Personal am Empfang konnte auch Englisch, was die Kommunikation sehr erleichterte. Unser Zimmer war großzügig bemessen, hatte zwei einzelne Betten, die zusammengestellt waren, einen Tisch, einen Sessel und zwei Stühle. Wir hatten zwei kleine Balkone, auf denen man abends sitzen und das Treiben auf den Straßen beobachten konnte. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war besonders schön. Für italienische Verhältnisse war das Frühstück reichhaltig ausgestattet. (Cornflakes, Brötchen, süße Croissants mit Pudding, Marmeladen, Schinken, Käse, Melone ...). Die Terrasse wird abends auch als Bar genutzt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir sehr gut. Auf der Straße vor dem Hotel herrscht auch abends noch reges Treiben und es wird gerne gehupt. Wir hatten das bei einer so zentralen Lage allerdings erwartet. Da wir mit dem Zug anreisten, war die Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof für uns von großem Vorteil. Und auch als wir abends am Hafen waren, war es kein Problem einen Bus zum Bahnhof (Station: Piazza Garibaldi) zu finden. Nachts beruhigte sich der Trubel auf der Straße auch und man konnte doch gut schlafen.

Muy buenas instalaciones. Muy cómodo. La terraza en el último piso es espectacular. El desayuno bastante bueno. El sector, casi al lado de la estación de trenes, es bastante feo y sucio. Incluso algo peligroso. Sorprende encontrar un hotel tan bueno en ese lugar.
