The place is close to the river and I enjoyed the run next to it! It very easy to get to the cities but you can enjoy country side! |

-the service at reception was very good, they were very friendly -very nice swimmingpool -the rooms are great, satelite tv and internet are a plus the location was not so great for us, we didn't have a car, if you have a car there's no problem, than you can go places during day and night, we had to take bus and the last bus back was at 20.00 h |

Very good price for perfomance, totally new appartment complex, very satisfied with total stay, excellent swimming pool (but not heated), nice staff. -> has been a good decision Well, it's still a 'construction quality' like in many Italien hotels, but that's more or less everywhere in Toscana. |

appartamento in perfette condizioni, nuovo di zecca, spazioso, confortevole, ottimo rapporto q/p. E' un po' decentrato, circa 5 km dal centro storico, se non si ha un'auto a disposizione può risultare scomodo per la visita della città. |

Soggiorno eccellente! Difficile pretendere di più da un appartamento. Tutto corrisponde a quanto descritto nel sito, lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, gli appartamenti sono puliti, dotati di ogni comfort e completi di tutto il necessario (stoviglie e accessori cucina, biancheria, sapone, phon, ecc...) Connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e perfettamente funzionante, due tv lcd (in soggiorno e in camera) Il tutto di buona qualità. Riassumendo, una struttura di ottimo livello, in una zona silenziosa ed un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. |

Ambiente estremamente ospitale e staff molto disponibile. Ottima posizione: intima e tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina a Pisa. Il bilocale era nuovissimo e pulitissimo e per nulla rumoroso...è stato un vero piacere soggiornarvi! |

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hatten sehr gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse! Allg. schlechte Qualität des Frühstücks (Wurst- und Käseplatte ungekühlt), leider wurde während des Aufenthaltes das Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt und der Mülleimer nicht geleert |

La atención del personal siempre fue excelente. Hay internet inalámbrico gratis en todo el hotel. La piscina en pública, pero los huéspedes del hotel pueden bañarse sin pagar extra, aunque se debe comprar un gorro de 2.50 Euros. El confort de las cabañas es estupendo. Amplio estacionamiento. |

Het appartementje was heel mooi en proper. Het resort op zich was heel mooi en goed gelegen, met als uitschieter het mooie grote zwembad. Het zwembad is ook geopend voor niet- hotelgasten. Met als gevolg dat het er dikwijls heel druk was. |

La taille de l'appartement était très correcte. Tv écrans plats dans le salon et dans la chambre, cuisine bien aménagée, tout était neuf. Super clim. Grande terrasse avec salon de jardin et beau coucher de soleil. Piscine située à côté, plublique mais accès gratuit aux résidents des appartements. Transat réservés pour nous. Personnel accueillant. Appartement très propre. Le site était un peu trop récent, pas encore d'herbe au bout de notre terrasse. Beaucoup d'insectes notamment fourmies et moustiques ! Aucune poubelle dans l'appartement. |

Aardig, Engels sprekend personeel, erg behulpzaam. Wij kwamen laat aan en hadden nog niet gegeten. De aardige man heeft de omgeving afgebeld om eten voor ons te vinden, maar alles was dicht. Uiteindelijk heeft hij 4 pasta diepvries maaltijdjes uit de diepvries gehaald en bij ons persoonlijk in de magnetron gezet, ook kregen wij er (ongevraagd) 2 cola en 2 bier bij. Helaas zagen we de volgende dag op de rekening dat deze maaltijd en de ongevraagde drank ons 32 euro kostten. Was wel fijn geweest om dat even van te voren te melden, dachten wij. Verder erg luxe hotel/appartement (magnetron, koelkast, 2 aparte kamers met alle twee flatscreen tv, keuken met alle benodigdheden erin), alles was nieuw. Het hotel was 1 week open. Moeilijk te vinden, weinig te doen. Badmuts verplicht in zwembad. Probleem met douche/wc/riolering, gelukkig snel opgelost en voor het ongemak hebben wij fles wijn gekregen. Ontbijt was niet te eten: broodjes veel te hard en croissants gevuld met jam uit verpakking. |
