Staff were excellent and the assistance always forthcoming. Even had a kettle in the room. Parking was a mission to find but was available and close.

Lovely little hotel with very friendly staff and excellent central location. The room I was given was spotlessly clean and afforded a profusion of shelves and drawers for storage. The shower was adequate in size with a proper cabin to avoid water going everywhere. The hotel gives on to the Piazza d’Italia and is only a stone’s throw from the historic centre. Double glazing and good insulation makes for peaceful nights. Good varied breakfast and daily complementary drinks. Kettle and fridge in the room.

Only one adaptor for both fridge and kettle. Not very easy to use both.

Location was good.

The bathroom was extremly small i have never seen such a small bathroom in any hotel.

Small but nice Hotel in the city center of Perugia. Friendly staff. Great location for a breakaway in the city. 2 minutes away from Corso Vanucci. Very clean.

Central location and reasonable price. Attentive staff.

No directions to reception. Guest has to enter an unsigned lift and guess as to which floor to travel. Breakfast rubbish - cheap croissant pre-stuffed with saccharin jam, dairylea cheese but without the flavour.

Very nice hotel staff and owner where very helpful and attentive. Will be back as it was well situated for our needs. Breakfast is basic but plentiful.

I had booked this hotel on the grounds that it was in the city centre as well as being air conditioned. However, when I arrived I was told that my room was not supposed to be air conditioned because of the rate. I finally got an air conditioned room, but I had to pay more. When booking, make sure you specify you want air conditioning, as three of the rooms are not air conditioned.

We loved hotel eden! We were on our honeymoon and asked for a room with a view when booking. We had the room directly at the top of the stairs at the top of the hotel, the views were amazing out over the roof tops of Perugia and the surrounding countryside. Even the view from the bathroom whilst sitting on the loo was fabulous! The rooms themselves are quite basic but fine as a base for exploring. The location is perfect and Perugia itself is absolutely lovely, one of our favourite places on our tour of Italy. The hotel is on the top of the hill in the centre, 2 minutes walk from the main square, shops and restaurants, but quiet too. Not all the staff spoke much English but were very friendly and accomodating. They directed us to free parking which worked really well and only 5 minutes away. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and served over a good time period. There was free internet access too. We loved this hotel, especially the views!

Staff are extremely helpful. Fabulous location.Coffee or juice available whenever you want.Lift/elevator to main floor. Terrific view, heating & cooling, tea-making facility in room, very small ensuite. Very clean. Breakfast included, pretty ordinary. Would definitely recommend this hotel/pension.

Very attentive staff. Very up to date room. Extremely clean.

Smallish room and small shower--both typical of European hotels. Some crowd noise from the street, but it usually quieted down around 11:00 pm.

This small, family-run hotel is a wonderful, welcoming place to stay.

The walls are thin so there's not much sound-proofing.

Good location in Old Town. Close to bus service and mini metro.

Room and bathroom very small for 3 persons.
