The long and tasty breakfasts in the mornings, the very nice and helpful receptionists, the design of the bed room the hotel is situated a bit too close to the main road through Positano |

the staff were excellent-very friendly .rooms were very comfortable and clean-but not all rooms had the full view. there were no kettles and no irons-but laundry and tea and coffee were reasonably priced |

This was our first (and hopefully not the last) trip to the Amalfi Coast. We chose Eden Roc based on its location, which turned out to be excellent. The staff was very warm and helpful and we would definitely stay here in the future. |

The imperial suite room was gorgeous and worth its expensive price! We had Tony serving us room service and at breakfast and he is one of the friendliest, most charismatic, most professional hotel staff member I have ever met. Lack of a good gym. |

We were upgraded upon arrival to a Junior Deluxe Suite for an additional 60 Euros for the night. The suite had a jacuzzi on the deck, which was amazing! I'd been wanting to stay in the suites but wasn't able to afford it on booking.com. The little pool and sun area was lovely, and we were able to take advantage of it even though we only stayed for 1 night because the hotel has a noon check-out. The bed like most hotels was really firm, but even with that was still pretty comfortable. The other thing is that the balcony area was actually over a fairly busy road, which you looked onto if you stood on the deck's edge. It meant that it was noisy to sleep with the door open, which is what my partner wanted to do, but the trucks and mopeds going past woke me up. |

Friendly, professional staff welcomed and looked after us well, being in the industry we appreciated this very much. The food and extras were not always great quality and very pricey, quite disappointing, the matresses a bit hard on the back. |

al the people of the hotel staff were kind and polite; we appreciate also the good standard of the guests having examined the hotel website, we upposed to find a more confortable and luxury accomodation. the swimming pool is huge and the rooms are not highstandard as we expected |

Very nice staff going the extra mile to please. Amazing setting and views. Great roof top area with a pool and lunch restaurant. Affordable internet service. This is surely a 4 star place when we compare it with other 4 stars in Italy. Two twins put together is not comfortable for a couple. There is a road in front of the Hotel. This is not busy at night though. |

I loved the staff and the view from our suite!!!!!!!!! Service was very personal and all of our needs taken care of. I loved this hotel and thank god I chose it!!! There was nothing I did not like. I will definitely stay here again. |

The service and the staff were was excellent,also the cleanliness of the rooms. I found the bedding to be annoying with the plastic sheet on top of the mattress and the pillow was too lumpy. Needs to rectified for the upscale hotel they are projecting. |
