Spacious, clean accommodation, wonderful staff. Beautiful location.

Distance from Florence meant we had to rely on taxis and buses. Restaurant menus were limited.

The room we had had fantastic views of the surrounding hills and Florence. Both the management and other members of staff were very welcoming and helpful through out our stay. The resort is a little slice of heaven just outside the hustle and bustle of Florence and gives you the best of both worlds access to a major city and the luxury of a relaxing and peaceful break when you require it.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and did everything they could to make our visit exceptional. We appreciated the great room, view and exceptional service.

Fantastic staff. Walter and Daniele were very helpful with lifts to the bus and for providing information. We were upgraded to a two room suite with beautiful views of the Fiesole hills. Lovely setting outside of Florence but handy to get in and out using the bus. Good continental breakfast provided as part of our accommodation . Would recommend to friends and would stay here again.

Some people might find having to get the bus on and out of Florence a bit of a hassle. But the beautiful location and quiet nights makes up for that.

Beautiful,well managed hotel - Absolutely splendid view overlooking Florence as well as incredible villa's in the mountainside - would highly reccommend. Francisco - the waited /bartender was a bonus - excellent young man - entire hotel staff was exceptional!

Great great hotel design with awesome views to Florence. Extremely recommendable!. The breakfast is maybe the best hotel breakfast-included i've ever had. The room (w/kitchen, living room and bedroom) was huge with a great minimalistic design. It had a great terrace with coffee table, so you can take Nesspreso (with free capsules included in room) with the great views.

It's a little bit far from city centre (maybe 10km), but since we rented a car, this was not a problem. I think there is a bus stop not so far, but I'm not sure. There is a big free parking at Piazzale Michelangelo, so you can leave the car there and take any bus from here (we took the sightseeing tour bus there, actually).

All staff was very helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and modern designed.

Daniel and the staff very helpful and friendly. Fantastic scenary, loved the unique way the hotel was situated on the rock. Terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills.

Distance from Florence. Restaurant and bar very basic. Tent like structure, seemed semi permanent. Didn't always seem to be staffed (e.g. lunch time). The superior junior suite, lacked an adequate no. of electrical sockets and none were situated by a mirror. Hotel provided hairdryer was an in-built bathroom device which was unwieldy and difficult to use.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was excellent.

Hotel a bit far from the center with fantastic very Romantic view on Florence city. Very recommeded!!

Please allocate 40E for Taxi from the city and back, however it pays off ))

Eden Rock is a no brainer to go: excellent, nice, well maintained, modern hotel with spacious, very lovely and well equipped rooms at a convenient location near Firenze offering a beautiful view on some Tuscan scenery (Fiesole hills). Add on top good food (try the restaurant, it's really worthwhile) and last but not least very helpful and friendly staff. Daniele and his colleagues are doing a very fine job hosting their guests. What else would one desire? On a next visit to Firenze (it offers so much to see) we will for sure check availability at the Eden Rock.

the hotel design was a great on the rock, the staff was really helpful, the sky channels are all working

the shut off the air condition from the main gear once the weather is getting cold outside, that was not a great for me cuz once we open the window to get a cold weather into the room immediately the mosquitos come inside the room, they must have a shuttle bus from to the bus point to go dawn to florence

Very friendly people, very helpful and care. Nice location, very quiet and with excellent view. Secured car parking. Good restaurant. Bus stop just in front of resort, 15 minutes to center.

The Resort was amazing. Great accommodation and facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful beyond expectation. Certainly one of the best places we have stayed on any of our trips.

Bus stops were a problem. The bus to town was located a distance down the road, however the staff were kind enough to drop us off there. The stop returning from town is not lit up well and we missed the stop.

Helpfully ,cheerful and knowledgeable staff. Clean and good size rooms which are well layed out.Excellent food from the restuarant , professional staff who were always willing to help and give us in formation about the local area.

The bus stop outside the hotel poorly identfied, Entrance tothe hotel from the main road poorly identified difficult to see with fast travelling cars.

Its pretty simple but Eden Rock was the highlight of our travel and due to the amazing location, and the top end room and its view it was just perfect. Stayed at a Panorama Suite and definitely worth it. The team was very helpful and made the stay more pleasant.

The pool was containing a lot of chlorine. The breakfast buffet is Italian style which is okay if you know it. the Garage aint cheap but worth it.

I absolutely loved everything about Eden Rock. We had travelled Italy for about 2 weeks prior to our arrival at Eden Rock and were pleasantly surprised when Danielle' parked our car and brought our luggage to our room. That was such a welcome gesture after a long drive in our hire car. The room was beautiful with very modern ammenities and a view to die for. Last but not least we were entertained daily by Alesandro the waiter. He was so funny and witty, it was a pleasure to see him every day. Also the pool area was beautiful.
