Spacious, comfortable rooms. Excellent view. Helpful staff.
A bit noisy through the night because of the busy road right under the window. Breakfast coud be better.
The amazing views down to the city, lovely big windows that let in lots of sunlight. Spacious room with full kitchenette (although limited crockery). Staff very helpful and explained the bus stops. TV with foxtel, A/C with various controls for different areas. All meals available at hotel restaurant so can stay in all day if needed.
Not a fault of the hotel, but the strikes caught us out when the bus didn't stop where we needed to (pressed button twice and had stood to get off), so we had to walk a good while back down the windy, dark road. Plan accordingly- strike on a given day may start the night before!
Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful views, secure parking, varied breakfast, comfy bed, decent shower/toiletries.
Nothing. We will definitely be back next year.
Incredible property, best views possible, staff , huge rooms , pool area for summer !!!! One of my best properties I've ever stayed at in the world. Very unique!!!!!
Location to city but it's 100% worth the inconvenice to town. Only 10-13 minutes anyway.
Far from city center
The Front desk was more than gracious as we arrived in the early morning to leave our car and go on a wine and castles tour. They were worried we needed a room right away and were going to try to accommodate once we conveyed we would be back much later in the day it was fine! What really wonderful people from the wait staff to the front desk. This would be our first choice to stay much longer we loved it!!!
Wonderful helpful and kind staff. Beautiful view from the room. Spacious room and excellent facilities.
Weather was not good enough for swimming in the beautiful pool. Bus stop direction town is long walk along dangerous road but staff is kind enough to quickly always bring you to the next bus stop.
Spacious room with beatiful views....feel like we want to stay hotel instead of going outside....very good!!!!
Modern, spacious and big rooms Extraordinary view on the city of Firenze Very friendly and helpful staff
When you come by car it is not so well signposted to find it from the road
Walter and Daniele provided the best service I have ever encountered in a hotel. The location requires a short bus or taxi ride but gets you away from the business of the tourist areas of Florence. Daniele gave us a lift down the road to catch the bus. Don't miss the trip to Fiesole if you like tourism on a small scale
We stayed only one night however this can be considered as the best logging experience in our lifetime. The hotel itself was fantastic, the room was astonishing with it panorama view. The staff provided a stellar service. The receptionist lady was absolutely fantastic. The waiters in restaurant were fabulous and the food was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this place anytime to anybody.
I stayed at 4 different hotels in Italy while there. I am hard to please and had little good to say about 3 of them. Thank God that we stayed at this hotel. I have nothing negative to say except that we should have stayed here longer.
Very successful organization run by very friendly professionals.
Beautiful resort, stunning views, easy access to Florence via bus or taxi. Staff were fantastic and helped to make our stay unforgettable. Grazie mille!!!
Having to leave
right besides a very noisy road. And the three layer windows cant handle it. The noise is quite a pity for the place, because the rest was really nice. Rooms without balcony cant be recommended for those who like to step outside, enjoy the air and view and maybe a glass of wine on the OWN balcony in privacy.
This is a fabulous hotel! It's a quiet boutique hotel set 5k from Florence city centre. The drive to the city centre is very easy and direct. Its surroundings are absolutely stunning and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. We stayed in the panoramic suite with views over the Tuscan hills and Florence. The rooms are extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. They even provide a Nespresso machine! The environment is very tranquil with a beautiful pool. It's a small pool but perfect for its setting and not busy. The restaurant is set by the pool and at night it's beautiful with the lighting around the pool. The food is fantastic and staff at this hotel are very welcoming and caring yet not intrusive. Overall, this is one of the best hotels we've stayed at and we will definitely be going back. A great combination of relaxation and sight seeing with the beautiful Florence on its doorstep.
the staff couldn't be more helpful, very informative and do everything they can to make you get the best from your stay! Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean everything you need for a chillaxing few days in a wonderful city.
It is out of town - but a short taxi ride away or the bus which takes 10mins and they drive you to the stop :)
Eden Rock is a fantastic resort hotel - set amongst the most gorgeous Tuscan hills backdrop. The staff were excellent - helpful, insightful and personable. We were made to feel so comfortable and at home at Eden Rock and really enjoyed our stay. The pool and surrounds were just gorgeous , and the nature of this hotel being small with just 12 apartment style rooms meant that often we had the villa / pool to ourselves. The rooms are clean, spacious and beds comfortable, it also has all the facilities you could possibly want. Kitchenette, sky tv, air conditioning etc etc. Location is great as we wanted something slightly out of the bustle of the city but close enough to pop into town for dinners and sightseeing if we wanted. We got around by bus and taxi which was fairly easy and so didn't feel we missed out by not having our own car there - there is ample parking space for guests however.
-Very good and helpful stuff (espically Danilli) who was very friendly -the pool is just breath taking (amazing) -Room is very modern and clean -Organized in dealing with the customres -The best place to be in Itali for Honymooners I highly recommend this hotel for other people
-Far away from the city center -need to add some more dishes to the breakfast
The entire staff was amazing!! Alessandro in the resturant was great!!! Will definitely be going back soon!!!
Beautiful hotel with the most warm friendly staff. The suites are large, clean & modern and with magnificent views over Florence. Will definitely return.
I'm originally from Florence and left the city over 20 years ago for work. I get back every now and then with my wife for a short break to sample the city as a very special traveler. Each time we look for the right place to stay and this time we found what we could possibly call our future, reliable base whenever we get to Florence again: beautiful setting, very thought through décor and design, great, friendly staff and a stone throw from the city, perched on a hill with idyllic views over the city and the Duomo. Great food at its very romantic and private restaurant by the pool, if you are looking for a place to relax and indulge into some romance, this is a great place to be.
Location and facilities
Extremely friendly and efficient staff in a wonderful complex located in the hills of Florence - stunning!
Not being able to get drinks/food outside the breakfast/lunch time hours.
Fantastic location and view in the calm oasis just outside florence on the historic via bolognese
