Location is perfect. Restaurant has amazing views. Food is perfect. Staff is polite. Sheets and towels were changed daily.
As one of the most expensive hotels in Rome, the room was looking inside and rather tiny. We asked for an upgrade because it was our anniversary, however nothing has changed. We stayed four nights in a room with no view at all, and paid a fortune.
We felt pampered at all times.
The staff are particularly good, friendly and helpful. Does not have the stuffiness of other similar priced hotels
The water temperature in the shower ranged from lukewarm to scalding. Not a major issue but worth fixing
The whole staff exceeded our expectations. Our rooms was well appointed and comfortable. This hotel is clean and beautiful. We can not wait to go back.
Definitely 5 star service. A lot of nice touches. Great location next to the gardens and near many other sites.
Room was just a little smaller than we expected but still ok. Not quite 5 star standard but not 5 star prices either.
Very personal check in service. All hotel staff could not have been nicer. Bed very very comfortable
Price point. But it is rome
The staff were lovely and the rooftop bar at sunset should be a destination for anyone visiting Rome.
The only think we would have changed is the location....it was slightly further from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti than we realized but that was our fault.
Everything was perfect!
Only the shaving mirror was missing!
Clean good location
It's expensive regarding the services and the size of everything no swimming Poole no variety of restaurants the breakfast is expensive , he is a 4 stars hotel not more
Location, staff excellent
Coca Cola 250cl for EUR 12 in the bar s super crazy ! No pool, SPA , 10 sq.m fitness.
The location is superb - with lovely views of Rome and plenty of trees with birds singing and lovely fresh air. Combine that with a very pleasant room, the most charming staff- always friendly and helpful- and you have the ingredients for a perfect stay.
The absence of tea making facilities in our room. We also thought the cost of the buffet breakfast (€42) was a bit high, but the view from the Terrazza Restaurant was outstanding. But in the end we found a lovely Bar in Via Sistine which served a great breakfast for (€16).
RESTUARANT AND BAR
A lovely hotel, wonderful staff, a great location.
rooftop bar a highlight
Health club is abysmal, but not the reason you go there....
Surliness, unhelpful staff, rip off and dishonest pricing-unproffesional experience avoid !
Quiet location helpful staff
Prices, very noisy American next door!
Very friendly and efficient. Michelin restaurant very good but pricey.
Excellent services and the friendly staff members! Comfy beds and big rooms!
Didn't like the location. Had to take the taxi to go here and there cause everything is more than 10 minutes walking distance. Rome's main attractions (collesseum, trevi fountain, pantheon) are quite a walk away especially if you don't like walking and if you don't have too much time in Rome.
beautiful and lovely hotel with a special feel , our first time in Rome and it was an amazing experience and much had to do with our accommodations, amazing tasting dinner, the piano bar, the view and then all of the recommendations are where else to enjoy wonderful food.
Excellent staff and great location.
Price of breakfast is prohibitive!
the charming setting, the excellent room facilities, the great service
