Hotel Eden

The hotel is luxurious and well run.

I felt the excessive charge to use the internet was unecessary.

The hotel was very clean and furnished beautifully. The location is great.

It is massively over-priced. The bedrooms are relatively small for the cost (I had to move furniture everytime I wished to go onto the balcony or dry my hair in front of a mirror) and although the view from the restaurant is stunning, the service wasn't anything special given the extortionate prices - in fact we expected much better.

The location for the Eden is wonderful - close enough to the sites, while in a quiter luxurious neighborhood in Rome near the Villa Borghese Gardens. The public rooms are beautiful and service impeccible. our rooms were nicely appointed however did not have good views.

The rooms have no carpets, bare wooden floors and there is no outlet in the bathrooms for hairdryer use. When I called the concierge to inquire how one could use the hairdryer in the bathroom I was informed that you must use the hairdryer at the desk in the bedroom. There is only one outlet there and so I had to unplug a lamp to plug in the hairdryer that is supplied by the hotel (clearly a woman was not present when designing these rooms and bathrooms!). Otherwise, an elegant spot in Rome and it was a very good value!!

ロケーション。スタッフの対応は洗練されていた。

ポット（電気湯沸かし器）があればよかったな～（コンセルジュに質問したけど、ホテルには置いていないと言- われた）。簡単なもの（コーヒーとかお茶）をつくるのに、いちいちお湯を頼むのは面倒だった。あと、部屋に- ソファーがあればよかったなあ（部屋のグレードはデラックスルーム）。

空港からのﾀｸｼｰ運転手に考えられない程ひどい目に遭わされ、空港での手荷物ﾄﾗﾌﾞﾙ｡私の下手な説明- にﾎﾃﾙｴﾃﾞﾝのﾚｾﾌﾟｼｮﾝの方は親身になって､出来る限りの以上の事をしてくれた｡凍えきった私達- の心はｽﾀｯﾌのﾊｰﾄの温かさで癒された｡ｽﾀｯﾌの目は無償の愛をくれた｡

ローマでは伝統があり、内装も雰囲気はあいますが、設備は古く、ドライヤーやコンセントは壊れており、フロ- ントに指摘をするが当然のように壊れていると回答された。部屋の交換もないし、お詫びもなし。価格は一流で- すが、サービスレベルは低く伝統だけがあるのみって感じです。

スペイン広場等へも徒歩で行ける立地は最高。最上階のレストランから一望できるローマもまた魅力的。ディナ- ーはミシェランの星付きなので気軽とはいきませんが、是非朝食を！エントランスが小さくホテル全体が大きす- ぎず落ち着いていてセキュリティがしっかりしているのも世界のセレブに選ばれる理由のひとつかも。リッチな- ローマ滞在にはおすすめです。

ホテルロビーも部屋もエアコンがききすぎで寒かったのが残念。シャワーもかなり長いこと待たないと適温にな- らず、最上級ホテルにしてはアメニティも少なめ。
