Wery friendly and welcoming staff

Very welcoming hotel staff! All I asked to prepare for my daughter's birthday were done at the highest level! Rooms nice and comfort. Location excellent. Breakfast good and tasty. Everything was perfect!

We wanted to check- out at 6:00 a.m. Checking- out is normally only possible between 7:00 a.m. and 23:00 p.m. The co- owner was so friendly to be present at 06:00 a.m. and offered us coffee, tea, fruit and yoghurts in the restaurant before we hit back to Holland.

Apperently we booked a room without air- conditioning, by accident. The temperature in the room reached incredible temperatures. The hotel can better choose not to rent rooms without air- conditioning in the middle of the summer (and protect guests from overcooking) or to install air- conditioning in all rooms. After staying one night in this room we were able to upgrade to a room with air- conditioning. The co- owner was so friendly to move our luggage to our new room.

The staff/owners are fantastic nothing is to much trouble. Spotlessly clean with a variety of food for breakfast. If you go during July/August book a room with air con its a must. The hotel is in the centre of town close to the quayside and local shopping district.Hire a car if you plan are travelling around the lake as the ferries can be quite exspensive if you do a lot of exploring.

It's 3 star so don't go looking for 5 star facilities. Although the service was defintely 5 star.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The location is superb - very close to the lake in a quieter resort. Salo is a fantastic location for beach and mountains and is not overwhelmed with tourists. The hotel was very reasonable and was excellent value for money. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

Well positioned in town centre but parking some distance away. Helpfull staff, good breakfast, nice town and harbour, good value. 8/10

Family run hotel. Not fancy but gave you a true Italian experience being a family run hotel. Breakfast was great. Loved the terrace at the top of the hotel. We were very satisfied and would go back.

Good location in relation to Lake Garda. Excellent variety of choice for breakfast. Staff very friendly. We had scooters so parking wasn't an issue

L'amabilité du personnel qui parle français. Bonne situation de l'hôtel dans Salô et le bon petit-déjeuner.

Difficulté de parking: Dans la rue au parcmètre, dans un parking public gardé à 1500m (5€/jour) ou à l'hôtel (15€/jour) sur réservation.

Posizione centrale, camera non grandissima ma sicuramente confortevole, colazione abbondante (c'era di tutto davvero), staff gentilissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, lo consiglio a tutti.

Einfaches Hotel nahe dem See mit eigener Garage.Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Etwas sehr hellhörig und die Matratze war unbequem.

Sehr reichliches Frühstück

Sehr laut da es auf der Durchzugsstraße liegt. Der öffentliche Parkplatz befindet sich ca. 800m weit. Vor dem Hotel ist ein das Ausladen von Koffern fast unmöglich.
