Beautiful location with staff who go out of their way to give guests the best possible experience. Welcoming to guests of many nationalities.

Loved it, balcony over looked the lake, room was fantastic and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was great and we had a lovely long weekend away. Thankyou!

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, great breakfast, perfect location

I was torn between 2 hotels and I'm soooo happy I went with Eden. The location is perfect, the hotel was really nice/modern with Italian charm and the staff were great. I was so thrilled with my stay there.

The location was excellent and the staff were very polite and efficient

There was only one waiter serving in breakfast , this waiter was very efficient ,quick and polite but he had no chance in parallel to clean the tables ,serve the guests including coffee and replacing the bar with missing products. I think the hotel has to upgrate the service during breakfast,

Wow, what a view, it was perfect. Location was excellent. Great room, really stylish. Tasty breakfast. Really relaxing. We will be back!

Soundproofing between the rooms could be improved

1) Staff at reception was very helpful, he took my car by himself to park it in the free parking just front of the hotel.2) Room is good, clean, modern, and big. 3)Bathroom was comfortable. 4) Nice tv. 5) Location is the best in the city. 6) Even with the busy area around, they sill provide you a free parking spot somewhere near.

1) Avoid the rooms facing south! It's facing the square area whith all the restaurants and cafes down there, so be ready for the late noise if you sleep early, and also the smell of cooking if you open the windows needing fresh Air. 2) Staff at breakfast was't professional, they were more like waiters in a cheap restaurant (however, they try their best attitude). 3)Elevator takes for ever! 4) coffee at breakfast is awful. 5) Regarding finding the location complains in other comments, you must know before visiting the city that it's a historical old castle/city, so not all cars are allowed inside, and this hotel is simply inside the old city, which you need to drive into.

Good feeling

The hotel is very well situated, a pity they did not did not have a dining room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were celebrating my husbands 65th birthday.

Great location and the sun loungers area is nearly unrivalled. Great spot to be based to travel around the lake, around Sirmione and to chill out in the sun. Near all the main piazzas in Sirmione and only minutes walk from so many restaurants. Good quality hotel, great value for money in first week of October. Personal touch as small hotel.

I had a cheaper room overlooking a side street (not a problem at all), but only complaint was that the rubbish men came very early every morning and even through shut windows it would still wake me up. But not a complaint of the hotel as a cheaper room stating overlooking a side street would suggest background noises.

The hotel has the perfect location it was very well maintained the staff were always very helpfull it was very well cleaned the bedrooms were loveley and the view is amazing cannot fault it at all and would love to stay again would highly recomend

Very nice, great breakfast, nice employees. Helped with car. Very satisfied.
