Very friendly and helpfull staff, excellent location near the lake (the landscape from the room window was wonderfull), the breakfast was excellent. The furnitures a little demodè, but they are planning a restyle for next year. |

This hotel is the closest hotel to the ferry boats in Sirmione. We stayed at 8 hotels on a recent trip to Italy and this one had the best "free" breakfast, including champagne. It sits right on Lake Garda is the heart of the shopping area. |

Wonderful position, right on the lake but right in town also and yards fron the ferry terminal.Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast very good and can be taken on the terrace right by the lake. Rooms a bit dated but fairly new bathroom, if you pay for a lake view it is fabulous with a little terrace. Lock up garage 100yds away, unique in Sirmione I should think. If we return to Garda, Eden is for me! |

All staff were very helpful and friendly, spoke good English. The hotel is in the heart of Sirmione, near shops and restaurants. As it faces the lake it is very peaceful. The outside terrace and sundeck was a real treat - and gave good access to swim in the lake. Rooms were quiet. Only that the room decor was very dark and could do with brightening up. Access from Brescia Airport is expensive by taxi Euro 60-75. |

I liked the fact that there was a deck on the lake with an opportunity for swimming. The breakfast had a good variety of items, and I liked eating outside. I also liked the turndown service at the end of the day with little chocolates on the pillow at night. I thought the decor was a little too plain. The halls and rooms were monochromatic in dark colors; a little depressing. Also when I go to Italy, I don't want to hear American pop music in the lobby and during breakfast. Finally although the proximity to the ferry was a selling point when I booked, I thought the outside deck was a bit too close to the ferry and at times the air quality was a bit unpleasant. |

Everything. I have been going to this hotel for 25 years and it remains excellent for a short break on Lake Garda. It has a superb position on the lake The recent addition of balconies to most rooms have further improved it. |

Breakfast Exellent !! Garge within the town walls - Police was informed that we where coming with the car - therfore on the list to enter the pedestrian zone. Thefore we could dirve right up to the Hotel:) |

Excellent location for discover Sirmione, right in the middle of everything important in the city. Very nice view on lake Garda, very helpful staff and great breakfast. Possibility to park your car about 50 m from hotel in garage. Maybe outdated room furniture and other equipment , but clean. |
