The staff is lovely, the location is great, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and the price is very reasonable
Close to Metro and four stops away from Lingotto Fiere where I was attending the Slow Food event. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, nice breakfast.
The staff was really friendly even when we came really late for check in. The room was small but cozy, with old beautiful shutters.
The hotel is located on the quiet street in 20 minutes to train station but on your way from the station you can meet non pleasant strangers at night.
the hotel is absolutely lovely. we could also park our car at the hotel. staff very friendly and helpful.
Good bed, nice quiet area, not too far from the railway station (2 metro stops), friendly service, good cappucino :) good ac.
Breakfast was quite poor but in a nice room. Sound proofing not good, I could hear people in other rooms talking, but only earlier in the evening.
The breakfast was great.
liked the place very much. close to metro, not far from park, and easy to get to the center of the city. friendly staff, even if you don't know italian, you'll feel comfortable. holtel is nopt big, but very nice and cozy.
breakfast is not much. if you're ok with eating sweet in the morning, then it's good, but if you want something more, you'll have to get it yourself. though good choice of yogurts, jams and juices
nice family hotel close to airport shuttle
The hotel staff!
Location & cleanliness.
I have booked this hotel for a group of 14 people and also had to pay extra for the breakfast since on booking.com the rate I have paid was not including it. I agreed to do so. However my friends, as soon as they came back told me that they were only given 10 mins time to have their breakfast and that after that they were always asked to leave the breakfast rooms so that other guests could be accommodated. Having paid for the breakfast I think that this is really unacceptable and for this reason I don't think I will ever book at this hotel anymore. We are football fans and visit Turin at least twice a month sometimes in groups amounting to 100. On another note I've been told that the water was cold for 2 days and that nothing was done about it.
Its a good hotel in a good neigthbord
Its not en de city centre.
The location is good, it is close to the metro station. The room was big and the bath room was big and clean.
