The kindness of the staff, the low price and the closeness to the bus stop. The missing hairdryer in the bathroom which was nonetheless immediately given to me when I asked the staff. The noise caused by the garage's gate just next to my window. |

Hotel reception was helpful and friendly. Hotel reception was not English speaking. The hotel was not as close to the train station as the map seemed to indicate. |

I was spectical after reading the other reviews on the hotel that there are no English speaking staff at the hotel.. I had a fabz 2 day stay there.. The manager, Roberto spoke 5 languages, including English, French and Spanish.. he arranged for vegetarian meals for me in the surrounding restaurants, gave adequate advice on sites to visit, which made my stay there with my teenage son a pleasure. |

It was situated off a main street and so it was quiet. The staff were polite and although they did not speak English and our Italian is very basic they were still as helpful as they could be. The rooms size was fine, it wasn't too small. Ok for an overnight or weekend stay in Torino. |

Gentilezza, pulizia della camera, prima colazione valida. Unico neo la camera n.30 ( da me avuta per la prima notte; poi ho richiesto ed ottenuto il cambio) di dimensioni ridottissime e quindi da evitare. |

Personale disponibile, camere abbastanza spaziose. Parcheggio in zona difficoltoso, per fortuna c'è il parcheggio dell'hotel. Un po' lontano dal centro, bisogna andarci in macchina. |
