- Staff was very courteous - Very good location, just 5 mins walking from station and 10 mins walking from Duomo.

- Internet doesn't work in room due to low signal. But that's not a deal breaker.

Modest, but clean rooms, convenient location close to the train station and within walking distance to all major attractions, a good cappuccino for breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

The Hotel is close to the train station, just 5 minutes walk, and from the main attractions, the Duomo and other squares. The breakfast is good enough, croissants, bread, jam, etc. Not perfect for a diabetic (our case).

Comfortable room, friendly staff. Location excellent. Good pool.

Excelent location, walking distance from train station and walking distance from city center. Located on a street full of restaurants, shops and tourist souvenirs, even so window completly isolated sound (air condition worked fine)

WiFi only available on the "lobby". Lobby means 2 sofas.

We had a really fantastic room. We were on the ground floor and the room was very new - we had a second room attached to the main bedroom which had a fridge (which was great). the room was large, bed was very comfortable and the whole thing felt very luxurious (especially considering the price). Breakfast was also good. it was close to the train station so it was easy to walk to even with baggage.

The room wasn't clean, the bed was not clean and terribly uncomfortable. The floor was dirty and there was dirt/black scuff marks on all of the furniture.

Excellent location to the train station. Very nice staff.

Loud doors, no isolation of noise. No bottled water available; even to charge to my room when I needed a drink.

Bon hotel a Florència

Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, l'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione ed è pulito

L'hotel è idealmente situato poiché il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e pulite, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Buona la posizione. L'albergo si trova molto vicina alla stazione e al mercato si San Lorenzo

Evidenziare che oltre al prezzo normale, bisogna pagare anche la tassa di soggiorno.

Pouco isolamento, ouve-se tudo o que se passa na rua e nos quartos ao lado.

lo staff è molto simpatico, la colazione è buona e sufficientemente ricca di cose.

lo spazio riservato al bagno è male organizzato. il lavandino ed il water sono piuttosto scomodi il letto potrebbe essere un pochino più comodo

Personale molto disponibile e la camera in cui sono capitato era molto bella e spaziosa. Buona vicinanza con il centro e da parcheggi gratuiti.

La posizione vicino alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella, a due passi pur dalla chiesa di San Lorenzo. Camera e bagno molto puliti. Colazione completa. Al primo piano il wifi funzionava correttamente
