Everything else was superb! Great breakfast and dinner!!
no table in the room. I needed to work with my computer and it was quite uncomfy!
The Ristorante and the Italian Kitchen ist fatastic..... unbelivable Good... Nobody Cook Better....
To soft Bed (Little bit) Something too loud in the Night.
Great.staff were exceptionally helpful.
Good location, short drive or reasonable walk into Bormio to the old town, restaurants, bars etc. Great views out of the bedroom windows. Very friendly and helpful proprietress.
Though updated, still a little old fashioned.
the view from the room was awesome. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
One evening we had drinks in the bar and the staff charged us the next morning 8€ for 4cl of basic Ballantines whiskey. In Italy that price is outrageous.
A great view out over the town and valley.
The staff,the food ,the location.
helpfull staff. Let me park my motorcycle in their garage. Amazing view of the dolomites.
The area is stunning and is at the start of The Stelvio Pass so suited our needs very much. There was a balcony in a room and the views from there were amazing. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and in the morning, food was excellent.
Nothing to report, all very good.
Helpful staff, authentic ambiente and very clean room.
Lovely views of the Alps from the hotel, free parking onsite, friendly staff spoke English, nice rooms.
The double bed was just 2 simples side by side.
Everyone was very nice & helpful. Helped me find bike rides & allowed me to park me van the next day while I biked Mortirolo & Gavia!
Super food and wine, really super!! perfect location for cycling in the mountains. perfect size of the town Workstand for cycles in the basement.
Cozy family hotel. Very sympathetic owners, sympathetic and cheerful personnel. Excellent restorachik with the most tasty home cuisine. Warm cozy small-sized silent numbers.
Unfortunately, "200 meters" to the skilift is true only in the winter. The hotel is in a beautiful place on a slope and it is really possible to go down from hotel directly to a skilift. In inter-season period it is already impossible
Great view to the city and mountains. EXCELLENT restaurant - friendly staff, outstanding cuisine, excellent wines. Not very cheap (cca 80€ for dinner in two), but definitely worth it. However - it is closed on monday (good to know in advance if gourmet experience is also your goal). Free (and working) WiFi. Cozy rooms. And last but not least - friendly "welcome back" from each of the staff on arrival (our second time visit). That's very pleasing.
Way to the ski slopes - if it's enough snow, there's no problem to put on your skis and go directly from the hotel. This is, however, not the case of the end of the season. Then it's necessary to walk cca 300 m on the road. If even this is not possible (no snow even at the end of the slope), it's good to take a car and park next to the cableway (2€ per day). Thin walls - one feels like there were no walls at all. Everything can be heard.
The staff were friendly for the most part, though not as nice as some of the other hotels I visited in Bormio. The breakfast was very basic but ok.
The walls are paper thin and I got very little sleep despite using earplugs. The walk into the village is ok but takes about 15-20 min.
Nicola, The owner, is a such a Nice guy and helpful
