Everything was fantastic - but the atmosphere was stylish without being sterile. The service was attentive, warm and very competent. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was yummy. The only thing that redeemed our 3 days of rain - was El Jebel. This hotel would suit anyone - young or old. I would not recommend this for anyone having difficulty climbing stairs. Although our luggage was taken care of - there are still at least 20 steps to the main entrance. |

Building is superb as is location. Suites are well designed and reasonably spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. There are a number of extra charges that are not expected with a five-star establishment eg for beach club use; for wifi and for parking and incidentally the parking is not on-site as suggested on the website. The standard continental breakfast though adequate is a tad on the meagre side. |

Es un sueño...vivir en un palacio renacentista con todas las comodidades actuales...maravilloso desde la vista hasta el trato del personal, mil detalles, trajeron furta al llegar, en el baño no faltaba nada. Estar dentro de un cuento de hadas. Para ir disfrutando mirad la página web. Del hotel nos gustó todo. El único inconveniente es saber llegar. Al llegar a Taormina, que es un pueblo peatonal, hay que aparcar en el aparcamiento puerta de Catania, subir al 7 piso y llamar por teléfono, que por cierto el de la página de bookin estaba equivocado, y te vienen a buscar. Queda muy cerca se puee ir andando entrando a la ciudad por la puerta de catania a menos de 50 metros del aparcamiento a la izquierda subiendo las segundas escaleras que se encuentran a ese lado. |

Todo estuvo fantastico. La atencion del personal excelente.Las instalaciones realizadas con mucho gusto y calidad. El servicio en general se merece la categoria de 5 estrellas lujo. |

Dell'Hotel El Jebel ho apprezzato molto l'alta qualità dei servizi offerti, la cura dei particolari e la cura dello staff per far stare bene ogni singolo ospite. La suite era molto confortevole, pulita, strepitoso panorama, di design. La colazione ottima, produzione propria, lo staff gentilissimo e cordiale. La ragazza del ricevimento, peccato non riesco a ricordarmi il nome, era davvero molto gentile e cordiale.Consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Ritornerò volentieri in questo hotel. |

Hotel precioso, inmejorable ubicación al lado de la principal calle de Taormina. El personal muy amable y servicial.Las vistas desde la terraza del hotel son impresionantes Al ser tan centrico y estar situado en una zona restringida al trafico no tiene parking, pero puedes llamarles y se encargan ellos del coche y las maletas |

personnel très sympa, chambres magnifiques, rénovation de très bon goût, cuisine extraordinaire, petit-déjeuner un vrai festin, un séjour vraiment formidable, à recommander absolument. Les inconvénients : pas (encore) de piscine et pas à la plage mais en plein centre ville et les chambres du premier étage n'ont pas la vue mer, attention, demander deuxième ou troisième étage. Possible d'avoir une chambre familiale avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain pour séjour avec enfants. Mon verdict : 10/10 |
