Hotel El Jebel    

We were pleased with the choice. This Hotel is perfectly located. Stylish, spacious and comfortable room with amazing view from the window 3th floor. Nice breakfast. Friendly, welcoming stuff. I recommend this Hotel for getting fabulous holiday.

Everything was awesome! It exceeds all expectations! Stayed here for one night. The location is perfect - 5-10 minutes walking from all major sights.Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and comfortable. A la Carte Breakfast. Нuge roof terrace which offers a wonderful view of the sea. You can choose any welcome drink you like in thr bar.

Everything, it was perfect in every way. We are experienced travelers and El Jebel is something special. The staff, decor and the cleanliness are suburb.

Nothing

The location of the hotel was great, close to the main high street with shops and restaurants. The view from the terrace on the fourth floor was spectacular. Plus, as it was out honeymoon we were upgraded to a suite which was fantastic!

The hotel advertised a wellness centre and private beach. But in actual fact, the beach was closed and the wellness centre was a 20 minute walk away. Also felt the inclusion of the taxi service was misleading as it suggested it was included, this was not the case and would cost €90!

This was the best hotel in Taormina! The room, the view, the breakfast – all to die for! The breakfast is cooked to order, and is magnificent. This is a five star luxury hotel that lives up to its name. We have never been treated better by any staff. The room contained could not have been more elegant. The place is fit for a king and queen. We will definitely return to El Jebel for another holiday.

The hotel was very peaceful with only 12 rooms. The staff were very helpful but not intrusive. The room was beautiful and the view was great. Everything was to a high standard.

Excellent staff. Giulia,Mario and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for us. By far the best lodging on our honeymoon, in terms of level of service, hotel aesthetics , location, and value . We will never forget this hotel, perfect.

The location was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were in one of the smaller rooms but it was very well-appointed and kept spotlessly clean for the duration of our stay. What the hotel does very well is the little extra touches that you expect from a 5-star establishment and that attention to detail makes all the difference.

Good location just by the main Corso Umberto. Very good breakfast, good romantic atmosphere, nice roof terrace with wonderful view, quiet, clean.

Difficult access (as most of the neighborhood hotels) - stairs, far parking (but staff is willing to carry your luggage to and from the parking lot and up the stairs). High price.

Excellent service from staff. Very polite, majority spoke at least passable English (but most good English). Eager to please and thoughtful to customers even if the hotel was full. Rooms are very well kept and service excellent, though room service is unnecessarily inflated (doesn't match quality of offers in my opinion).

They don't actually have an operational spa or massage parlor etc. as advertised. They partner through a local beauty shop that offers massages and other basic services. Kind of a disappointment and misleading advertisement in my opinion. The business they partner with does not match the caliber of status of the hotel. The "private" beach is also a partnership with a local resort business, though the location is excellent and vistas spectacular. You have to pay for a cable car ride to get down there, though is not too expensive. Important to note that Europe gives hotel ratings more generously than the United States. They are rated as a 5-star luxor, but compared to the States they would be about a 3 to 4 star.

Very good and tiny charm hotel where we feel at home and very confortable after the long and nice walks in Taormina and Etna's Region. Excellent hotel,I recommend!!

The staff was outstanding in being very helpful. Would book again!

A little tough getting luggage to the Hotel.

Well located , large rooms, looks fantastic. good command of english among staff, and staff very welcoming, - great place to stay

la camera era molto pulita e spaziosa .lo staff cortese efficente e cortese la doccia piccola ma con un getto d'acqua fantastico e' stato paricolarmente gradito il cambio dei teli bagno durante la giornata.il personale addetto alla prima colazione garbato e professionale.

il bouffet della prima colazione potrebbe essere piu ricco.

Tutto la camera spettacolare e l odore di pulito piu l attenzione ai minimi particolari curati per rendere il siggiorno da favola

Tout vraiment tout ! L’hôtel est superbe , il bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel, la terrasse avec vue panoramique sur l'Etna etc ..... ;Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique ; Si nous devions recommander un hôtel en SICILE ce serait bien celui la

cordialità, organizzazione, posizione e struttura dell'albergo.

Questo è il terzo anno consecutivo che io e mio marito trascorriamo il giorno del nostro anniversario all'el jebel di taromina, e lo preferiamo agli altri per l'eleganza della struttura, per la sua eccellente posizione e per la raffinatezza del ristorante ciampoli.
