A clean and friendly place to stay after a long day on the train. Host was very gracious.

We stayed at El Paraiso for five nights. Very nice place, pretty and comfortable rooms with their own air conditioning and large bathroom. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a small fee. The staff was very nice, and Suzanna (who speaks English) was always there to help us, there were no language difficulties. The breakfast was great, based on the older comments I believe they have improved it, there were more things to choose from. The garden is beautiful, there's also a friendly dog and turtles. The beach is less than 10 minutes by bike (that they provided for free), and it's easy (and cheap) to use public transport to get into Rome city centre. They showed us to a nearby restaurant, we had delicious dinner there a few times for a very reasonable price. We had a great time in Fiumicino, and were very satisfied with everyting.

The owner didnt speak English we didnt speak Italian. It was just a room very ultra basic. The breakfast was very limited ( we ate at the airport) We saw many better B&Bs around the are which looked far superior to this

If all 3 rooms are occupied , it is a bit 'tight' . Breakfast area is small and food is basic; a decent coffee and fresh croissant would be a nice addition.

The B&B was located only a few kilometres from Fiumicino airport and shuttle service was arranged by the B&B for €20 one way. Despite the location being right under the air traffic after take off, all we could hear most of the time was the birds singing. The owner was very friendly and even drove us to an ATM in the town centre to get cash, as the B&B doesn't take credit card. He then dropped us off at the restaurant he recommended where I had a juicy delicious 600g Fiorentina steak served by a very friendly and warm staff. We had a great stay in Fiumicino just for the purpose of flying back home the following day. I definitely recommend this B&B.

There wasn't much to eat for breakfast, so I ended up getting my own bread and Nutella from my backpack. The shower had no shelf to put the shampoo and gel, but that's normal in Italy. The big huskie in the garden might turn you off from walking around the garden. Finally, I wish we could have paid by credit card.

Carlo, our host, was most obliging. He made us a good cup of cappucino to go along with some boring packaged cake for breakfast. He drove us directly to our terminal at the airport and would not take any money for the ride. His b&b is clean and nicely furnished. He was not there to greet us, but his charming parents were. They do not speak English, but we managed, by smiles and gestures, to interpret each other. Fiumicino is a great place to overnight if you are catching an early morning flight from Leonardo Da Vinci Airport.

The location of the b&b is in a very residential area with not much to do if you are without a car. However, there are a few restaurants which serve good pizza a short walk away. The breakfast should be improved. Allowing the guests some bread to toast would be a huge step up.

Great that this B&B is completely smoke-free. Nicely furnished bedrooms and large, clean, modern en-suite bathrooms. Carlo the owner will take you to/from the airport for a small fee.

Comfortable b&b in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to Rome's main airport. Rooms are clean and well-furnished. Bathrooms are large, modern and spotless with plenty of thick towels. The owner, Carlo, is very friendly and accommodating. For a small fee he will provide pick-up/drop- off at the airport. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance. The price is reasonable for the quality of accommodation.

Would recommend a table or shelves in the bathroom for personal items.

la difficulté pour si rendre si vous prenez l'avion seul moyen c'est le taxi car le car vous dépose en pleine campagne et le taxi qui vient vous chercher vient de l'aeroport

Le proprio est très accueillant et accommodant. Lieu propre et sympathique et le jardin est magnifique.

Bruit des avions mais pour être près de l'aéroport c'est un incontournable donc pas si dérangeant

очень и очень чисто, добродушный хозяин, вполне приличный номер для отеля данной категории. очень рекомендую для бюджетных поездок. автомобиль оставляли в закрытом дворе. тихо, спокойно, тепло(работал кондиционер).

Ottima ospitalità, camera molto confortevole, posizione calma, ottima gentilezza e ospitalità del proprietario. Colazione ricca ed abbondante. Consigliato.

Maison mitoyenne sur terrain environ 500m2 (1 palmier et 1 pin) à proximité de l'aéroport (15 mn) et de Ostia Antica (15 mn). Très pratique quand arrive tard le soir en avion ou qu'il faut prendre l'avion tôt le matin

Todo fue muy bien. Los dueñosnfueron absolutamente amables, contestaron todas nuestras preguntas, nos hicieron el viaje mucho mas facil y nos recibieron muy bien. Las instalaciones, Perfectas. Todo muy limpio y un ambiente calido. Volveremos!

No puedo hablar de algo negativo porque no lo hemos notado en nuestra estAdia. Todo fue muy correcto

Mily i dobry serwis, przyjemna atmosfera

Es gab ein gutes Frühstück und der Besitzer war sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels hinsichtlich der Nähe zum Flughafen Fiumiciano ist sehr gut und in erreichbarer Nähe zu Fuß ist eine Autovermietung (Hertz und Advantage). Das war auch der ursprüngliche Grund unserer Buchung.

Der Besitzer besaß nur bruchstückhaft Englischkenntnisse (kein Deutsch!), was die Kommunikation sehr erschwerte, vor allem da Rom sehr schwierig zu erreichen war, wenn man sich kein Taxi für 50-60 Euro oder den Expresszug für 15 Euro (eine Strecke!) leisten kann oder will. Mit mehrfachem Umsteigen in Bus, Bahn und Metro ist die Stadt in ungefähr einer Stunde zu erreichen (nur mit viel Fragen!!!) Dann kann man eine Strecke für ca. 3 Euro managen. Für Familien ungeeignet. Zuzüglich zur Unterkunft wurde uns 2 Euro pro Person und Nacht Steuer berechnet (stand aber auf dem Voucher drauf), dann kam noch eine Gebühr für das Zustellbett unserer Tochter hinzu (das Zimmer war dann wirklich etwas klein) und dann mussten wir für den Transfer zum Flughafen 10 Euro PRO PERSON!!!! berappen. Insgesamt mussten wir 233 Euro statt des fettgedruckten Preises auf dem Voucher von 175 Euro für 3 Übernachtungen bezahlen. Da sollte booking.com unbedingt eine Regelung für finden. Definitiv nur für Geschäftsreisende geeignet!!!!!!!
