Alberto was fantastic, lots of help with directions and makes breakfast for you in the morning! The rooms are creatively decorated and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-kept. The location was also great. There is a pedestrian street nearby with several little restaurants that serve excellent food at reasonable prices.

    There was nothing I disliked!

Very comfortable. Well managed place. Great beds, memory foam pillows, delicious breakfasts. Antonio goes the extra mile to get your day worked out with maps and travel plans. Really deserves a high rating this one.

From the outside it doesn't look promising but go in!

the room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is ok. there is a kitchen to cook meal and the owner is good. worth its price

the towel can only be changed every three days. and the place is a little bit far away from the city center, but the transporation is ok. there are many black men in the evening, if come back late, it makes me feel a little bit unsafe.

A great place to stay in Rome. The owner is very helpful and flexible. Our room was very comfortable, wi-fi worked without problem + there was a computer with internet which could be used in the hall. We also liked the breakfast. The location is also good for the price you pay - we had a direct trams to Termini station and direct buses to Colloseum and Piazza Venezia.

We were looking for an affordable accommodation not far from the city centre and we picked this one although pictures on the internet were not promising. We picked it cause it was best ranked among the rest and we loved it!!! Small rooms, bathroom in each, perfectly clean, great location. Owner speaks very good English and is very helpful. He provided us with maps and everything. He preps breakfast every morning and cleans rooms is asked. You get towels, soaps, shampoo...(which werent provided in most B&B we stayed at). Not too fancy looking neighbourhood (some huge storage across the building) but perfectly safe and quiet. On the corner down the street you have tabacco shop (where you can buy public transportation tickets), nice bar-restaurant w/ great food, supermarket, pharmacy... Just perfect. Worth every dollar!!!

eveything. our room was clean and comfortable. Alberto is very very helpfull and available any time. breakfast is very good too. our stay there was excellent.

neighboorhood is a little strange but nobody bothered us and room is very close to tram station so this is not a real problem.

Breakfast was good (cereal, fruit, fresh pastry, espresso, and fruit tart). Location was just around the corner from a tram stop to go to major attractions. Near a grocery store. Clean room and comfortable bed. WiFI signal great.

The shared bathroom was through a hallway next to the breakfast area so it was awkward when heading to or coming from showering.

The guy that owns this place was very helpful. The room was nice and clean and we had everything we needed. A big plus was a tram stop just around the corner from our room and a bus stop at the end of the street.

The breakfast was dissapointing, just some sweet pastry with nutella, jam, some crackers and coffee. Also the neighbourhood looked kinda sketchy, which wasn't a big problem though, because of the short distance to all transport means. The thing we didn't like the most though was, that if you plan to stay for more than 2 days take your own toilet paper and prepare for a bin full of garbage.
