gute Lage, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer

Frühstück sehr einfach, Zimmer zum Hinterhof etwas dunkel und unklarer Essensgeruch vom Hinterhof der in das Zimmer zog

das hotel liegt sehr zentral und es ist wirklich alles sehr gut zu fuss zu erreichen oder bahn in unmittelbarer nähe. personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. ist ein einfaches aber ganz nettes hotel. war schon mal in rom in einem teueren hotel das definitiv nicht besser war. rom ist einfach eine laute stadt ( müllabfuhr kommt z,b, nachts um 1!!! ) und nichts für lärmempfindliche menschen. wie

das Zimmer war sauber, unsere Wünsche (Doppelbett, eigenes Bad, ruhige Lage) wurden komplett berücksichtigt!

Der Duschvorhang. War zwar sauber, aber dadurch das die Dusche sehr klein ist gab es kein "Entkommen"

Sehr Zentral gelegen! Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!! Jeden Tag wurde das Bett frisch gemacht und es gab neue Handtücher. Das Gepäck konnten wir sowohl vor dem Einchecken, als auch am Abreisetag noch dort lassen.

the room was smelly and the bed was crapy we could'nt get a good nights rest bcoz of the shabby bed and the noise from the street really poor quality of a room

All of the staff were extremely helpful and we had a wonderful stay. Beautiful room.

The street below is a little noisy but closing the window and ac fixes the problem.

The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and they spoke English (most of them). The rooms were clean.

it should be noted that the air-conditioner is extra charge for €10 per night, and the air-conditioner is not working properly, it even leaked ice on the bed one night! but the second night it seemed ok, only one of the staff can speak english, and the sheet is not that clean coz my friend found a dirty footprint on it....

Was right in the city center,, was very close to metro and a lot of cool stuff, right near the hotel was pretty cheap shop with nice pizza and cheap water. Hotel staff was very nice. Parking close.

Hotel staff was nice, but no one spoke english, I had to explain for 10 min. what I would like when I want to check in. Parking was very expensive, but close. It was hot so we had to sleep with open windows and the streets were noisy. But all in all its worth it for its price

Lovely modernised room with fridge and double windows and balconies. We sat out on the balcony to eat our supper! Hotel very conveniently placed near station and centre town. Short walks to most of our destinations.
