The welcome we got was just perfect. We were made feel that we were the only residents - the hotel was full. The proprietor prepared a special meal for the 4 of us. |

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Reasonable views, weather permitting. Shower enclosure too small. Breakfast was very basic and boring. Need more choice for breakfast. Fridge in room was broken. No tea point in room. Too expensive for what is on offer. |

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Romanian waitresses in the dining room and the young man who helped with the wireless. We had asked for a view and didn't get one. The restaurant prices were too high, especially the cover change of 4 euros (over $6.00) per person. |

El señor recepcionista nocturno. A pesar de la hora que llegamos ( medianoche) nos aparcó el coche ( no era fácil por la ubicación del hotel) y nos ofreció una pequeña cena preparada por él mismo al momento. Felicidades al hotel por tener empleado a este caballero. |

ホテルのスタッフ皆さんが親切で感じが良かった。電車が遅れて夜遅くにチェックインしましたがとても笑顔に迎えられて一気にリラックスできました。また直前の宿泊の変更にも気持ちよく応じて頂き、友達が急に延泊で滞在を伸ばしてとても親身にしてもらったとの事。本当に素敵なホテルで次回も絶対に行きたいです。 ホテルがシーズンオフの時期のためレストランが閉まっていました。ELIMOのレストランが美味しいと本を読んでいたので食事できなかったのが残念です。 |

Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Le camere e il bagno erano poco riscaldate e il clima umido di Erice rende indispensabile un riscaldamento costante anche al minimo. |

Die Lage ist sehr romatisch im alten Monterice. Etwas verstaubtes, aber durchaus sympathisches Flair. Entgegen Angaben im Internet wird kein Abendessen serviert.. Frühstücksbüfett entspricht nicht heutigem Standard. |
