The owner of the B and B Sebastiano was very friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of information on what to see in and around Alghero including good places to eat. We loved the self service breakfast in the communal kitchen as you got the chance to meet other guests. The location was very central only a short walk to the old town. It was a really lovely start to our Sardinian holiday and will definitely return on our next visit to Alghero.

Nothing. I really recommend you stay at Elisart for your next stay in Alghero.

We had a good stay in this apartment B&B - spacious and clean rooms, extremely friendly host who gave us lots of tips for things to do in the area, good wi-fi and great buffet breakfast. On-street parking, 5-minute walk to the old city - convenient.

While the old city is pretty, the surrounding suburb is very plain. The apartment building is quite old, but was a lift and was all clean and had no problems.

Sebastino, the host, where very nice and helpful! Clean and fresh. Nothing extravagant, but was in our opinion well worthy the price we payed for our stay.

Sebastiano was a very nice person. Breakfast was excellent and his coffe was the best. I liked very good cleanliness and location was good.

We didn't have proper window in our bedroom. We didn't have wi fi in our bedroom. Maybe we should ask for a password?

Very good location (those who said it's a bit far from central part or did not find the central part or are not used to 3 minutes walking :) Great breakfast, best we had in budget accommodation on Sardinia. But like everywhere in Italy, salty things are missing (cheese, salami...). Host was really informative, maybe a bit too many questions :) Good beds.

Rooms (or some rooms) are without real windows, so if you want some air, you'll have noise. Some hair found on the floors. In general, good option for a shorter period.

    - friendly owner - hospitality - possibility of meeting other guests

    - absence of internet in studio - difficult orientation - no parking ("free parking" means you can park the car anywhere in the town which is always crowded - it takes time to find such a place) - no English skills (difficulties to arrange anything with the owner)

We stayed in ElisArt at the end of the August for 6nights. Sebastiano is very friendly and great host. Although he doesn’t speak English, he tries really hard to help. It is close to the old town, and we walked along the beach to Maria Pia beach. They change linens every other day, there is filtered water available during the stay for free, and you can use coffee machine during the day. We used EuroSPin supermarket which is next to McDonald. From the airport you can take public bus (1 euro if you buy your ticket in the automat , otherwise you can buy ticket from the driver)which takes around 30min and if you get off at the last stop the guess house is 5min away. If you arrive earlier than check in time let them know, if the room is ready they will allow you to check in earlier, otherwise you can wait in the kitchen or leave your luggage. There is very homely atmosphere in ElisArt .For the price we paid this place is very good. You need to be realistic with your expectations when you pay 70Euro per night for double room (including breakfast) in pick season.

The host was extremely friendly and helped us a lot with his tips around the city. The apartment was comfortable: with air conditioning and TV set. Moreover we found there an iron and even a beach umbrella – which is very-veeery useful under the Sardinian sun!!

We stayed at the apartment: the place was nice, though it lacked a bit in crockery. And was not so close to the center of the city or the beach. It was felt enormously in the midday hit, when we went to the beach or were coming back home… If one decides to stay there, I’d recommend to rent a bike for the whole stay – with a bike it’s just a trifle to get anywhere in the city!
