Ist nah an der spannischen treppe und am trevi brunnen,sehr zentral,ok führ einfache verhältnisse! Zu dünne wände,direkt an der strasse sehr laut,sehr kleine zimmer! |

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr komfortabel aber ruhig., Das Hotel ist sehr günstig gelegen, Busse, Metro und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Distanz zum Bahnhof Termini ist gut zu Fuss (ohne Gepäck) erreichbar. Ich habe das Zimmer als letztes zur Verfügung stehende reserviert und mich nicht für dessen Komfort erkundigt. Neben den oben aufgeführten Vorteilen habe ich mich für das Hotel Elite entschieden, weil es auch von der Schweizerischen Bundesbahn in deren Prospekten aufgeführt wurde. Dies als Erklärung warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben. |

Netter Service, Reception etc. Viel zu kleine Zimmer, Bad ist eine indiskutabel (Größe und Einrichtung). Hellhörigkeit ist ebenfalls extrem. Preis bei weitem zu hoch. |

Staff was always very attentive and friendly, even when we had problems with pickpocketers at the Rome subway. The staff helped us find a police station. The hotel's location is also perfet. The standard rooms are very old and in need of major refurbishing, as apparently the superior ones have gone through. However, if you use the hotel only to sleep (as most in Rome do), then it should be fine. |

The location was amazing, just steps from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Beds were quite comfortable. The room was extremely small, shower was smaller than legal size, hit my head on the water heater, walls painted years ago...and the bed headboards were padded and bare, quite a sanitary issue. |

That we left Front desk employee's did not speak English. No WIFI and hotel computers had firewalls for anything outside of Italy. Unable to check email, bank accounts and flight information. Refused to call me a cab to the airport. Credit card strip not working, had to be typed in. Employee (no Engish) did not know how to do, had to wait 45 minutes for shift change to pay bill to leave and pay my cab to wait!!!! |

Staff, proximity to Spanish steps and Via Dei Condotti, the assistance and recommendations of Claudia who guided us to some excellent retaurants and the best ice cream in Italy!!! She was always friendly helpful and obliging. Great Asset. The fact that they were renovating but fully understand and appreciate that that is in order to improve the hotel facilities. |

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The location of the hotel is the best part. It is in the center of Rome walking distance from all of the popular sites. The amenities were really basic and the breakfast was a bit lame. |

Good location (Five minutes walk to the Spanish Steps, and ten minutes to the Trevi Fountain). The room was too dark, too small, window can not be open, noisy. Only one staff (a nice lady) can speak English. |

Well situated for site seeing. Good restarurants nearby. Easy access to transport Instructions needed for operation of air conditioning. Washbasin water supply could be improved. Shower head requires some attention, eg. shower wall holder requires tghtening |

The hotel was absolutely ideal for our group. Superbly located, inexpensive and very welcoming. The rooms were basic but warm and clean. The breakfast was typical continental fare with unlimited tea, coffe and juice, and fresh bread, croissants and cakes. The lobby area is light and modern, with plasma TV and free internet. The rest of the hotel is old and slightly dingy but has character. |

very good location to visit Rome, maybe a bit far from Termini station (about 20min walk). but the priority is up to you. breakfast not bad but only bread with jams and drinks. our room was very small, but we went to hotel only to sleep so no problem with that. we paid 40eur for a twin room, for the location it was a good price. first night we were freezing, we had only a small heater in the room. but next day we got a nice air condition machine and could make a sauna in the room if wanted. sound isolation was very bad, so a bit problematic to sleep when people are starting to move in the morning (we didn't have room on the street, don't know about that). |

the staff was very friendly and courtesy always given. The room, was very tiny and very noisy, the bed was the tiniest and felt like a little dungeon |

the only thing i like is that was near to the centre and the metro subway and easy to find. well, the hotel is an old building, and my room was olso old,with old furniture and an old bath and was no view from my window. |

It was reasonably priced and in a great location. The Bathroom was easily the worst I have ever used, but the price was very reasonable, so I could put up with it. The cistern was literally over your head and the bath was painted with gloss paint |

La situación del hotel es muy buena, al lado de la parada de metro, y de la plaza de España y la Fontana de Trevi. Además el personal del hoteles muy agradable. Desayuno bueno aunque poco variado si te quedas muchos días. La recepción es muy bonita y moderna pero no se corresponde con el resto del hotel, ya que las habitaciones son muy viejas. |

Il est vrai que la douche n'est vraiment pas pratique, limite dangereuse a cause du ballon d'eau chaude situé juste au dessus de votre une fois a l'intérieur ( je ne fais que 1m65) |
