Everything about the hotel was excellent, it is within walking distance of all of Romes spectacular attractions. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful especially Ivan who went out of his way for all guests with recommendations on fantastic restaurants and tours. I would recommend this hotel to everyone :)
The hotel is small and its location is excillent. Love the area around the hotel - the spanish steps and the trevi fonten.
The hotel breakfast is too small - not much to eat.
Location is excellent Big room for 4 people
location was central to all museums, fountains, and areas of interest
Great front desk staff
Great start at the front desk
Not a very good breakfast
Hotel is good located Staff was friendly Breakfast was ok
Room was very small and old Old building Water was tepid after some minutes in the shower
Location, breakfast, and reasonable price
toilets need some maintenance and tiny room which is ok if you need the hotel to sleep only
Friendly staff and convenient location
Room are dated and very small
I liked the location which is very close to umnderground and all places of interests. Price is really cheep in comparison with other hotels!
It was cold in the bathroom and noisy as I heard when neighbours opened tap in the bathroom and how they brushed their teeth.
Superb location, really close to Fontana Di Trevi and Piazza Di Spagna, within walking distance to every major attraction. Metro station within 5' walk. Rooms are small but warm and clean. Pietro the receptionist was a joy to interact with.
Very basic breakfast, room internet access was upon charge
The location is ideal for the centre of Rome, close to metro Baberini and Spagna. The hotel provides good housekeeping, is clean and modern but expect the rooms to be small.
I think this hotel should provide Wifi for free in the rooms. Breakfast is not great - should provide variety. I did not bother with breakfast. I think clients should be given option to not have breakfast and offer a discount.
Hotel was really bad. Room was very dirty and building was very old.
Very good location, very close to spanish steps The receptionist is perfect. He help us with what to do in the city, he is very friendly, definitely recomend this hotel
In the bedrooms must have bigger mirror, and every day all the rooms must have clean towels and wi-fi to all bedrooms
Location Helpful staff
Staff was very helpful, great location near all attraction Spanish Step and Trevi. Event we could walk to Colosseum and Vatican.
Room is quite small. Free wifi only at reception
It was really central for all the sights
I thought the breakfast had too much bread and cakes there was no eggs or fruit
Excellent location everything you need for a budget break. Lounge was nice.
Shower was small and water ran cold quickly.
Excellent location, in between Fontana di Trevi and P. Spagna Walkable distant to everything Very clean Modern and new furniture
The breakfast could be better
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location and close to most major tourist sites. Some rooms very basic but we changed room as a lot of stairs to third floor for an elderly family member. staff very accomodating in changing room and new room very spacious and comfortable. would stay again due to perferc location and staff.
Room 303 had a very small bathroom where the water tank prevented you from standing up properly in the shower!
I defy anyone to shower in room 108. Workmen were all over the place. It was dirty and uninhabitable. When I invited the receptionist to look at the shower and to show me how anyone could possibly shower under such abominable conditions, she became arrogant and told me to take it or leave it. Your hotel and staff are appalling. I will never put my foot in your hotel or in Italy for that matter. The standards of service are the worst I have experienced anywhere in the world, and we have travelled all over the world twice a year for the last 15 years. This was our fourth trip to Italy and definitely the last.
Friendliness of people on the desk. Helpful with enquiries. Close to metro at barberini. Really hot water for showers Price was right for staying in Rome
Disappointed with inability to stay the third night. Bed was too firm a few more plastic coat hangers. Travelling long distances with light luggage - rinsing out clothes frequently - need line to dry. Suggest provide 1.pull out one like japanese hotels in bathroom to hang wet clothes on hangers or 2. Hooks for portable line
Location was good, and breakast buffet was good. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Room was very clean and bathroom modern.
Room was very small and in need of a good paint job. Floors need updating.
