Hotel Elite

Gostei apenas da localização.

Sim não gostei de muita coisa inclusivé fiz uma reclamação. O Hotel estava em obras mas o cliente não deverá sentir isso. Havia muito barulho, os quartos estavam cheios de pó. Não havia um tapete no chão, nem um unico quadro. O quarto desta forma é muito desconfortavel. No segundo dia (dia do meu check out) o elevador estava avariado, tive que descer dois andares pelas escadas com as malas bem pesadas. Achei a relação qualidade/preço péssima.

Staff was always very attentive and friendly, even when we had problems with pickpocketers at the Rome subway. The staff helped us find a police station. The hotel's location is also perfet.

The standard rooms are very old and in need of major refurbishing, as apparently the superior ones have gone through. However, if you use the hotel only to sleep (as most in Rome do), then it should be fine.

That we left

Front desk employee's did not speak English. No WIFI and hotel computers had firewalls for anything outside of Italy. Unable to check email, bank accounts and flight information. Refused to call me a cab to the airport. Credit card strip not working, had to be typed in. Employee (no Engish) did not know how to do, had to wait 45 minutes for shift change to pay bill to leave and pay my cab to wait!!!!

Everything. The pictures are not true. Someone already wrote this in Spanish... The hotel is very bad, not worth 1/5 of the money that costs.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The location of the hotel is the best part. It is in the center of Rome walking distance from all of the popular sites.

The amenities were really basic and the breakfast was a bit lame.

Well situated for site seeing. Good restarurants nearby. Easy access to transport

Instructions needed for operation of air conditioning. Washbasin water supply could be improved. Shower head requires some attention, eg. shower wall holder requires tghtening

the Hotel was very central, location could not have been better

very good location to visit Rome, maybe a bit far from Termini station (about 20min walk). but the priority is up to you. breakfast not bad but only bread with jams and drinks. our room was very small, but we went to hotel only to sleep so no problem with that. we paid 40eur for a twin room, for the location it was a good price.

first night we were freezing, we had only a small heater in the room. but next day we got a nice air condition machine and could make a sauna in the room if wanted. sound isolation was very bad, so a bit problematic to sleep when people are starting to move in the morning (we didn't have room on the street, don't know about that).

the only thing i like is that was near to the centre and the metro subway and easy to find.

well, the hotel is an old building, and my room was olso old,with old furniture and an old bath and was no view from my window.

La situación del hotel es muy buena, al lado de la parada de metro, y de la plaza de España y la Fontana de Trevi. Además el personal del hoteles muy agradable. Desayuno bueno aunque poco variado si te quedas muchos días.

La recepción es muy bonita y moderna pero no se corresponde con el resto del hotel, ya que las habitaciones son muy viejas.
