At check in welcomed by lady who did not know much about rooms or hotel in general. WIFI intermittent on autside room.

Very nice place which is just a 5 minute walk from the castle & 10-15 minutes to the train station. Room was very spacious & clean and had everything I needed and would stay again. Keys for the door of my room take a bit of getting used to but apart from that its a great place!

As stated in my confirmation letter, I am supposed to enjoy free wifi access as well as air conditioning in my room. However, the wifi was not accessible from my non air conditioning room. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7.30am, but the waiter only started preparation for breakfast service at 7.30am. Never deliver as promised.

Mr Alfonso, and Salvatore and the rest of the staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. The mini bar generates a lot of heat, I do not think it has enough fresh air supply to cool it down, it is situated in a corner of the desk in a closed cupboard. This may be a potential Health & Safety hazard.

Удачное расположение в старом городе недалеко от исторических достопримечательностей и вокзала (мы ездили в Венецию на поезде). Парковка в 3 минутах пешком. Великолепный сервис, быстрое заселение. Русскоязычный персонал.

立地は最高、部屋の広さ、質もこの値段なら全く問題ありません。 延泊して別のビルの部屋に移ったらＷＩＦＩが使えませんでした。仕事でＷＩＦＩが必須の方はチェックイン時- に確認したほうが良いです。

la cordialità del titolare, colazione abbondante, peccato per il tempo che non ha permesso di farla nel cavedio. Camera grande e silenziosa una tendina maggiormente oscurante alle finestre forse sarebbe utile
