Elite Hotel Residence

the hotel was quite and tidy. The hotel staff was king and helpful. The room was big.

Do discover only when we entered in the room that the use of the kitchen had an extra charge (40Euro)

Internet access very very expensive. To get a taxi from hotel to the airport at 5:00AM was a night mare. But hotel facility is excelent.

Location of the hotel is very convenient and offers easy access to Venice by using public transportation . Busses No.12 and 12/ are taking you to Piazzale Roma from where you coud take water busses to many destinations . In the same time hotel is close to main shopping center of Mestre and to the city center . Rooms are clean and spacious and offer comfort stay . Hotel staff was kind and helpful .

Breakfast was good quality but very limited choice .

Mariana at the front desk very helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast. Very clean hotel. Great for our short stays there...2 days prior and 3 days after our cruise. Close to bus line from the airport, and short walking distance to bus to go to the Venice station to reach the vaporetta. Can also buy bus and vaporetta tickets at the hotel front desk. Desk staff will also help with transportation to and from airport, and to and from the pier.

Not close to restaurants except Indian restaurant next door.

It's close to bus stop to Venice, close to center of Mestre (5 min walk), it's clean and fresh (room and bathroom as well), comfortable beds, nice and helpful staff, quiet. Breakfast was great. I will come here again.

Its location - closeness & convenience to get into Venice

The hotel is just 10 km to Venice and easy to reach by bus. The rooms are clean enough but not excellent. The pictures in the website don`t reflect the hotel facilities. They gave breakfast at 5 am in the morning beacuse of our early flight.

Two men in the reception desk were very different and interesting. We bought two day transportation ticket form the hotel we had short of 30 cents. I proposed to give him 10 euro more or to bring 30 cents when im back to hotel. He complained about it and about to cry. I don`t recommend you to stay at this hotel. You can find any other hotel with the same money but in a better quality.

The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. The design was lovely and the room very clean.

The staff in the breakfast room were not helpful, I know some is my fault for not speaking Italian but I found them quite rude.

Very good value for your money. It is very easy to get to Venice by bus from this hotel. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

modern design, nice and clean rooms, nice staff

Everything was functional and functioning. The room was clean and correctly furnished.and it was nice cool in the room. The bathroom design is lovely.

The breakfast table is a bit poor. We were not informed at the reception that the bus station to Venice is -because of street building- is much more far than stated on the internet.

Excellent location to sleep when you are visiting Venice! Easy to reach, parking, clean, air-conditioning, good breakfast, efficient service and busstop close by!
