Elite Hotel Residence  

Confortable and lovely hotel. It is a flawless and really clear; it enjoys an ideal location to reach Venice. Really kindly and helpful staff, we have been given full information and bus tikets(Euro 1.20 each) to easy reach Venice in 10 minutes. Excellent breakfast including a wide choice both on sweet and salty food. This hotel can be highly recommended especially for families wishing to visit Venice since it assures an excellent quality/price ratio.

The staff was unbelievably helpful. We loved the location of this hotel... Via public transport, Venice is only 10 minutes away. The city center of Mestre was also only 5 minutes by foot. Lastly, the breakfast was great! Loved the stay at this hotel!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Elite. It is very conveniently located. A few minutes walk to the bus stop and a very short ride to Venice. Unlike some comments we had read, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they immediately gave a Venice and Mestre map and also a printed sheet explaining how to travel around. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. It had everything you could ask for, especially when you take into consideration the general breakfast understanding in Europe, which is simply croissant and cafe. To sum it up, we strongly advise Elite.

The place need a good lift up to maintane the 4*. The photos are done when the place open and literally everything is allready worn. The shower tray cracked, the door closer non operational ( don' t relay on it and close the door manualy ), you can hear the noise from the bathroom above when somebody use it. The worst was the breakfast area, where the lady was using the same brush to clean the table linnen and the chair sits. Definetly not value for money. Staff on the front desk not always helpfull.

cheaper than most one star hotels in Venice. The location ist good - only 30 min by bus to Venice.

The hotel was okay for a short stay and as a base for trips to Venice. Otherwise, the staff were helpful on providing information.

The hotel would appreciate some renovation and refurnishing. We wish they could extend their breakfast time from 7am til noon. Also, the complimentary WiFi should be re-groomed. Only works at times and no support could be provided.

Ideal location for visiting Venice without paying Venice accommodation prices with good bus access to the island. Modern hotel with good facilities, safe parking, good continental breakfast and internet.

We were unsure about the visibility of the toilet in the bathroom from the bedroom; would have preferred opaque glass instead; Hot food at breakfast was never hot - lukewarm at best - didn't matter what time we ate at, it was always cool.

If you want to see Venice and travel by car, then this hotel is ideal. Car parking (almost full when we arrived) is free and you catch the buses to Venice just two minutes behind the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to the centre. Buses coming back can be very crowded (we went mid- September). The hotel says 4 star. It's modern, functional and built perhaps for one-night stays. The breakfast room and the food were one of the best we've sampled during our trips. Room prices quoted vary a lot - ours ranged from 80 - 120 EUR per night .Leon and Hanneke Lester.

Staff are very helpful. Room is very clean and tidy. Air-conditioning works very well is a credit because we stayed some hotels in Italy the air-conditioning are not function, not cool. This is a good pick if you want to go to Venezia. Hotel also provides free parking so we drove to Venezia without problem. Breakfast is good and free wi-fi which is good.

Everything vas very nice, they have free and very secure parking lot at the hotel, the rooms were very nice and the hotel is very easy to find. The stuff was frendly, helpfull, polite. They gave us maps of Venice, they explained all about public transport. They even allowed us to check in 4 hour earlyer. The car stayed on the parking after checking out the next day and there was no problem. Breakfast vas exelent, fresh food and fruts. I will deffinitly recomend this hotel to others. It deserve the 4 star raitind for sure.
