Very friendly personnel, room super clean, quietly location. I recommend this location for those who want to visit Venetia but didn’t want to spend a lot of money for accommodation. About the distance to Venetia – 5 minutes walking and up to 20 minutes with bus, so without a major inconvenience. Breakfast a little bit restricted in diversity, but ok. |

the staff is friendly, the hotel is quiet , private and clean. as you know i have been at the hotel a few times now, and the only disappointment is that they are very little options for breakfast. they service would improve a great deal if breakfat improve such as different variety to choose from. because of the poor chocie of breakfast i was thinking next to book a different hotel. |

Actually, I made a reservation for the hotel. Upon arrival I tried to switch the reservation from a double to a triple. Unfortunately it was "not possible to do this" according to the concierge on duty. This is fine, however the person working that evening was absolutely horrible. He had no customer service skills, or people skills whatsoever. The incident occurred on the night of Tuesday October 28th. I would absolutely never reccommend this hotel to anyone. I hope that the other Elite hotels and employees better represent your company than the one that I experienced did. |

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut ok. Man konnte keinen Imbiss kaufen, nur Automat für Süßigkeiten und Getränke. Tagsüber gab es eine Kaffeebar, das war ok. |

El personal de recepción podía ser más agradable. No se portaron mal, pero podían ser más simpáticos (como en otros hoteles lo son). Por cierto, la ducha no funcionaba bien y lo comenté en recepción. Me dijeron que la cambiarían, pero no lo hicieron. Una pena porque empañó el resto de instalaciones, que sí estaban bien, incluido el desayuno. |

Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre (grand lit confortable) et cabine de douche spatieuse !ainsi que les petits bonbons sur la table de nuit ! Voir son "cher et tendre" se doucher dans une grande cage de verre et le colorier en orange,bleu,rouge,rose grâce à un bouton magique,çà peut être rigolo !!!mais...de part la transparence des sanitaires,être complice de tous ses gestes les plus intimes,c'est un peu gênant !!! (nous occupions la chambre 511) |
