Hotel Embassy  

The location as its close to the main station where we could travel even to bologna, venice, pisa,just buy taking train from main terminal. Its just 5 min walking from the hotel itself. For budget traveller can also buy water,and snacks at the supermarket mita/meta supermarket few meters away from the hotel, in between the hotel and the station but on the other side of the street of the hotel. The food is not too good, bread was dry, no toaster, but the toiletries in hotel are good, tub, etc all worked perfectly.

The room, actually an apartment since we were four, was absolutely comfortable, clean, spacious, and warm. The breakfast was very good as well. It was located at a very convenient area, close to the downtown and the train terminal, and the most visited points in the city. We felt always safe in the area. Thanks to all. Its proximity to the railway station.The staff was helpful.The breakfast was good.

The soundproofing of the room was bad.Too much of noise from outside.The room was too small and was made in a fashion in which it was uncomfortable to move around in it.

We stayed there for 1 day in the last week of March. Were given a room in the new wing of the hotel. We were greeted by stinking corridors and mosquitoes in the room. The reception staff very kindly (!!) provided us with mosquito repellant mats. 2.The lifts are tiny( very tiny). 3.The hotel does not mention anywhere that airconditioning cannot be switched on till may. It was quite warm and we had to sleep with open windows. 4.Close proximity to the train station does make it a little noisy but is not bothersome 5. Good for an overnight stay only. The main reason being the stinking corridors !! They really stink !!!!!!

The price is reasonable

The hotel consist of two building. It smells stink in the second building. You should pay 15 euro for parking per each day & 5 euro for wifi

Charging 5 euro per day for wi-fi is way too much, since most traveler would be out most of the time.

Location, Cleanliness, The two ladies serving breakfast are extremely friendly and kind. Congratulations to both.

The staff was cooperative and pleasant. Rooms were neat, clean and newly constructed.

Great location for a 2 day visit to Florence, especially if traveling by train. Hotel staff were excellent and most helpful. They even gave me a bucket of ice for my room which was much welcomd after a long day walking around Florence. The breakfast was much more than I expected and the 2 ladies working in it were very delightful. Would recommend and revisit this Hotel if I ever return to Florence.

The location is in direct line with all the major sites of Florence, easy to get to the sites and back to the hotel. The breakfast was incredible as was the room it was served in. Perfect for coming into or out of Florence by train.

The parking access. The price reasonable for a 4* italian star hotel.

No internet access in the room as the wifi was too weak. It was mandatory for me to have an internet access in my room to work but no alternative has been proposed. The hair dryer, broken and even dangerous as burning. A solution has been proposed. A little bit old fashion.

I liked the localization of the hotel. Quite near the main railway station and 15 min walking from Ponte Vecchio. The beakfast is really good, the staff helpful and nice and the room comfortable and clean.

I think Internet access should be free inside the entire hotel.
