Hotel facility and room conditions were the finest among the hotels I stayed during my trip to Europe. Location was a bit far from the core Florence attractions, but then again, it is a very small city and they were all in walking distance. Wud recommend this hotel to the travellers coming in and out via train cos it's right next to the train station. |

Friendly staff, willing to help and accomodate. Room was nice, bathroom good, not very spacious though. Good location, around the corner from central station. Cold eggs at breakfast. It is as simple as do something to keep warm food warm.. Hotel did not have any other fascilities, no pool, nothing. |

Hot foods at breakfast enjoyable. Building has some character with timber/tiled ceilings and floors. Spacious bathroom. Some rooms are private/off in the courtyard. Great accommodating staff and services. Tiled ceiling above can be noisy from foot steps |

Decent breakfast. The extra cost WiFi was terrible--low signal and low speed. Staff was no help in fixing. Room was barely big enough for the large bed. |

The room, breakfast and location were excellent. The advertisement indicated it was 100 meters from the train station--it is more like 7-8 blocks. |

Location close to station,only 10-15 walk into the centre, Staff at the hotel very helpfull and spoke good english. Very good breakfast good selection.Room was very clean as was the bathroom. Room a little on the small side but not a problem. |

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. After our delayed flight, they took care of our son who arrived first. Room was comfortable, Breakfast each day exceeded expectations. Great value. Would stay there again without hesitation. |

Quiet and unfussy when the window was shut, otherwise the traffic noise was horrendous.It was clean with an excellent bathroom. The staff were very good and attentive. I did not like the beds which were too hard. The air conditioning unit was behind the curtains. It got too hot with the curtains closed and too draughty with them open. There was no chair to sit on, just a couple of poofs. Room was a bit on the small side. |

Great Location, very clean and confortable hotel next to the main station, right in the center of the city. Good Value for money we had a (nice room) on the ground floor, just behind the reception - it was very noisy - i.e. we were able to hear people checking in/out and the elevator bell everytime. |

Hotel receptionist was friendly, efficient, lnowledgeable about local; restaurants. The hotel is very close to the railway station, in a non-touristy street. Not to do with the hotel, but the road from the railway station to the hotel is under repair, which makes the short walk from the station to the hotel a bit of an ordeal. |

Very close to the station, easy to find and within walking distance of most of the sights. Buffet style breakfast with reasonable choice. Staff excellent with advise of where to eat and with reservations. Also very handy for picking up the hoho buses. Possibly when the tramlines are completed infont of the hotel it will be more noisy |

The room is very spacious and nicely decoated which made our stay very comfortable. Its location is convenient - about 10 mins walk to the Florence train station. I think that it is value for money. |

good location by train station and all major attractions of city. Staff was friendly and helpful. internet did not work consistently. Request for improvements to internet went unanswered. Breakfast was inadequate. No hot water for shower on last day of our stay. Hallway dark, motion detector for lights did not work. |

Service by staff very poor. My family and I went out on a tour on a very hot day and returned to the hotel looking forward to a hot shower and an early night to bed, there was no hot water. We complained several times to no avail. Eventually at 11.45pm we were told there was nothing they could do and it will be sorted out in the morning. We were forced to have a cold shower. The lady in charge was very arrogant and unhelpful. We found that at breakfast if something was finished and you requested more, u were just told that there is no more. This happened on more than one morning. I complained about this and was told by the lady in charge that this was normal. The room was very hot and uncomfortable. |
