Hotel Embassy  

The location as its close to the main station where we could travel even to bologna, venice, pisa,just buy taking train from main terminal. Its just 5 min walking from the hotel itself. For budget traveller can also buy water,and snacks at the supermarket mita/meta supermarket few meters away from the hotel, in between the hotel and the station but on the other side of the street of the hotel. The food is not too good, bread was dry, no toaster, but the toiletries in hotel are good, tub, etc all worked perfectly.

The parking access. The price reasonable for a 4* italian star hotel.

No internet access in the room as the wifi was too weak. It was mandatory for me to have an internet access in my room to work but no alternative has been proposed. The hair dryer, broken and even dangerous as burning. A solution has been proposed. A little bit old fashion.

The breakfast were good with lot of choice and variety

The room we stayed in was very bland and drab. It was a nice size room but very cold looking. One thing that was extremely disappointing, especially travelling for almost 24hours that we didnt have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had to buy a cup of coffee from the hotel for 2euros. Surely one would expect this facility from a four star hotel...,

It is very comfortable and is well positioned. It is very clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff was also very polite. It is a very good place to stay for families with children.

Room was too hot, and the pillows were very flat

The hotel is conveniently located next to Firenze smn station.

We were allocated a room which was not up to 4 star standard. It was very small and the view, either from or back, was not very pleasant.

Very nice rooms, very comfort, very clean near to shopping

Hotel Embassy is clean, comfortable and convenient to the tourist attractions. The staff is knowledegeable and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

I did not like the pillows.

5 min walk to train station

Room is small and insufficient lightings, especially bathroom. It's next to tram station and annoying in the morning. The tv not working and no free wifi.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Hotel is situated very near to train station. Rooms are very clean and hotel surrounding is very quiet. I will definitely go back to this hotel again if I travel to Florence again.

Great location for a 2 day visit to Florence, especially if traveling by train. Hotel staff were excellent and most helpful. They even gave me a bucket of ice for my room which was much welcomd after a long day walking around Florence. The breakfast was much more than I expected and the 2 ladies working in it were very delightful. Would recommend and revisit this Hotel if I ever return to Florence.
