Charged us two different rates for parking our car
Clean, very close to train station and city center.
I didn't like that my room was not even in the hotel, but across the parking lot in another building. My room was cheap, the TV never worked properly, no one seemed to be able to fix it. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable, the air conditioner didn't work and the window sills had mold on them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was very disappointed in this hotel, the cost for such a poor room and felt the staff was not interested in fixing my issues. This was the third hotel in Florence I have stayed in and expected more.
Reasonably close to centre
The standard the accommodation and the facilities such as bathroom and shower area were not what I would expect when staying at a 4 star hotel and were quite disappointing
We could not fault this hotel. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean.Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Ideally located to explore Florence. We will definitely stay here again.
Good location. Five minutes from the train station. Traffic noise if windows are open otherwise ok if windows are shut. Helpful and friendly staff.
Close to main station and other amneties.
The room was clean and tidy however there was a smell in coming from the toilet. I rang the receiption and they had someone over right way to check. The staff member sprayed the toilet and checked it , however no other room was offered. This could be becasue the hotel was fully booked however no follow up was done either .
front of hotel very helpful good value for money handy to station
wifi very hit and miss
Close to SMN, easy to find.
Location, flexibility to provide early breakfast for early departure, friendly staff
No kettle, iron or ironing board in the room. Provide kettle when requested but won't provide ironing board or iron
Location, Lobby and complimentary breakfast
Room old and moldy, bathroom in very poor shape -moldy, shower head does not work, coming into the rrom only to find out the staff forgot to authorize AC turned on. Best a 2 star hotel
Service, location and personnel
Wi Fi did not work in the room, had to use the reception area. The air conditioner did make the room as cold as I wanted. It was probably 77 degrees at its coldest.
Location was super, near the train station. Breakfast was great. and the breakfast room in the basement was fantastic. Servers were very good, frequently asked if we wanted anything.
Our room was cleaned & hotel near bus station.
Bed extremely hard, the location was scary.
Staff on arrival were rude and not helpful.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is so convenient, just around the corner from the train station. It's an easy walk, even toting luggage. It's also an easy walk to the Mercato Centrale, the Duomo, and the Ponte Vecchio. The windows are practically sound proof, so we did not hear any of the noise from the train station.
The pillows were way too hard and flat which made them extremely uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi had a strong connection, but I had to keep logging-in each time I used it. The room was very small and cramped for 4 people, compared to some of the other rooms we had in Italy.
The location is very close to the station. Good breakfast with friendly staffs who ask each guest one by one if we want coffee or not. We booked room for 4 person and the room was very spacious.
No water boiler in the room. We can't have hot water for drinking.
The location was good; there was no denial. Internet speed as good as well.
The room was too small. I was traveling with a colleague (which does not fit into any of your selection). The toilet was spacious but desk space was so small that I do not understand why the space wasn't totally made use of. The toiletries provided were pathetic. The pillows need a change desperately. They were a pain to sleep on. The TV is small and sad and the remote difficult to use - instructions were unclear as to how to use it.
Location was good - within walking distance to all main attractions but away from the noise and bustling traffic. There was provision for car parking at an extra cost. Staff at breakfast room were always very friendly and helpful and went that extra mile to please us.
No restaurant facilities. Wi fi was free but very patchy. Breakfast was average. No tea / coffee making facilities in the room, though when we did ask, we were provided with a kettle. Last night of our stay we asked for a wake-up call which never happened. When mentioned to the duty receptionist, she just shrugged it off.
No air conditioning
Only the proximity to the major sights. Only good thing in the room is that the bed linen and towels were changed daily.
Room was dreadful, dated, walls dirty, chunks of plaster missing from the wall and this was our second room; first was even worse. Very disappointing. No nice touches. Staff were not terribly interested. Could do more to improve the hotel. Lack of care really. Annexe part is called a "resort" for some unknown reason! Really bad, change your hotel if you've booked already.
Very close to the central station made it possible to access by foot.
Breakfast was very average. Scrambled eggs like yellow plasticine and no other hot choices, e.g bacon or sausage. Very disapointed in the allocated room which was a converted attic with no windows to the outside except for high attic windows that were operated electrically but opening them resulted in mosquito's entering the room. Compared to other hotels experienced on the trip so far, this facility was the dearest paid so far so in our mind did not represent good value. Plastic disposable cups in the room is not ideal for drinking wine and beer from and they were not replaced when the room was cleaned so we had to ask reception for replacements. It was not a disaster by any means but we believe they could do better. Wifi was hopeless - poor signal with endless dropouts.
Location, cleanliness, facilities.
No tea, coffee, making facilities.
Great location, walking distance from the train station and major sites. Pretty good breakfast, free wifi. Four of us shared a room and we got 2 bathrooms!! Yippee!!!
