部屋は改装済みでかなり清潔。清掃状態も申し分なし。駅からも徒歩数分で便利。無線ＬＡＮが24時間€5.00で利用できる。朝食も卵料理等も充実していてよかった。 |

駅から非常に近くて便利でした。大きな荷物があると船での移動はかなり大変そうなので、このホテルにしてよかったです。 ホテルの場所がわかりづらかったです。 |

ホテルは私たちの泊まった建物は新しく改装したてで、清潔でごみひとつ落ちていませんでした。スーペリアルームでしたがモダンな感じでバスタブもあり、落ち着けました。駅のすぐ横ですが、中心街まで信号を渡ってすぐなので、歩いて１、２分です。とても便利で、ホテルの２筋横には有名なレストランもあり、立地条件は最高です。 部屋の外の音がよく聞こえました。（エレベーターや他のお客さんが入室する時のキー解除のブザーなど） チェックアウトの際に飲んでいないジュースを請求されました。 |

It's location right on the Amalfi town centre and its proximity to the beach - right about 50 metres from it's entrance. It had a tiny dustbin in the bathroom and none in the bedroom. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the level of English language of the staff was good.The hotel was easy to access and the hotels' own parking place with the moderate fee (only 15 euros per day!) was very satisfying for us. When booking 2 months before we got a satisfactory discount, so, I feel we got a 4 -star hotel room at the rate of a regular 3 -star hotel room in Firenze! The breakfast was a bit "light" since we have used to a heavier continental breakfast - variety of choices in bread could have been better and there was hardly any sausages or bacon left when we went for breakfast around 8.30 am. The design in the room was probably a bit too modern as we compared it to the design of the general areas in the hotel. |

close proximity to main Santa Maria Novella train station and city centre. All within easy walking distances. The room was classed as spacious and elegantly decorated. I would certainly agree that the room was very nicely decorated and fitted. But I was slightly disappointed with the size of the room, it was not spacious, with just under a metre from end of the bed to the wall and less at the window side of bed, making it awkward to get around, especially with the suitcase stand in between.. |

New interiors and finishings were well done. All necessary items for business travellers were available, including breakfast. I asked for a non smoking room, I was told it was non smoking, it had an ash tray in the room. However, I did not complain because the room did not smell from smoke. |

Good location, within 15 min walk to all of the major tourist sites. The rooms were very comfortable & large for European accomodations. Good breakfast. I would definitely book with this hotel in the future. Nothing- very pleased w/ service, location & accomodations. |

The hotel is new and near to the train station in Florence which we didn't spend too much time travelling to and from the city. They may offer more attractive rates. |

Very good family room, lovely to have two bathrooms, and everything so new and clean. Also, the terrace was a real plus. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Internet should be free. |

Everything was excellent. Rooms were spacious, spotless and quiet. Very modern amenities. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff was very conscientious and helpful. Perfect location for walking to town and the train station. |

Very comfortable hotel with good replacement but a bit loud. When complete tram road in front of doors will be too noisily.Very communicable and helpfull personal. Good breakfast, big rooms. Advise. |

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were newly renovated, simple, and clean. The breakfast was good for a continental style breakfast. Good location in relation to downtown Firenze -- just a short walk. The construction outside was almost finished and did not create a noisy disturbance as mentioned in other reviews. The hotel was a little expensive, but comparable in price to most hotels in Firenze. |

I stayed here with my wife and we both loved it. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a superior double room which I couldn't fault, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and it had an excellent shower. The location is close to the SMN station and the main sites in Florence are just a short walk away. We would both stay here again. |
