Hotel Embassy

褒め言葉が、ゲストリヴーに多かったので、泊まったのですが、全体的には、清潔なホテルでしたが、下記の　引き出しが、全くないとか、湯船がないとかで　値段の割には、一寸設備がお粗末でした。

棚が全くなかったので、着替えの下着等を、冷蔵庫の上に袋に入れて　山積み状態で、人が、来たら、隠すところがありませんでした。　４つ星で、他の設備が、非常にきれいだったので、何故、棚や引き出しが全くなかったのか、わかりませんでし- た。　それなりの値段でしたので、残念です。

駅から徒歩圏内なので、便利でした。お部屋は家族４人がゆったりくつろげる広さがあり、静かな環境がありが- たかったです。

価格に対して全てのサービスは満足できるものでした。

観光場所からは若干離れていますが、駅からの近くを優先しました。

部屋は改装済みでかなり清潔。清掃状態も申し分なし。駅からも徒歩数分で便利。無線ＬＡＮが24時間€5.00で利用できる。朝食も卵料理等も充実していてよかった。

駅から非常に近くて便利でした。大きな荷物があると船での移動はかなり大変そうなので、このホテルにしてよ- かったです。

ホテルの場所がわかりづらかったです。

Hotel facility and room conditions were the finest among the hotels I stayed during my trip to Europe. Location was a bit far from the core Florence attractions, but then again, it is a very small city and they were all in walking distance. Wud recommend this hotel to the travellers coming in and out via train cos it's right next to the train station.

it was very conveniently located and near the train station as well as a stone's throw from teh Duomo

A beautiful hotel, very helpful staff, great breakfast, super value!

Decent breakfast.

The extra cost WiFi was terrible--low signal and low speed. Staff was no help in fixing. Room was barely big enough for the large bed.

This hotel was a in a superb location for visiting the sites of Florence. The hotel iself was faultless and the breakfast superb.

Rennovated hote, nice breakfast, close to train station, friendly staff. It is not so far from Duomo.

More space in the room.

Quiet and unfussy when the window was shut, otherwise the traffic noise was horrendous.It was clean with an excellent bathroom. The staff were very good and attentive.

I did not like the beds which were too hard. The air conditioning unit was behind the curtains. It got too hot with the curtains closed and too draughty with them open. There was no chair to sit on, just a couple of poofs. Room was a bit on the small side.

Hotel receptionist was friendly, efficient, lnowledgeable about local; restaurants. The hotel is very close to the railway station, in a non-touristy street.

Not to do with the hotel, but the road from the railway station to the hotel is under repair, which makes the short walk from the station to the hotel a bit of an ordeal.
