Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό αν και θα μπορούσε να περιελάμβανε τυριά και αλλαντικά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό αλλά η ψευδοροφή είχε μεγάλα κενά και έβλεπες πάνω στο κενό τούβλα, καλώδια, σωλήνες και άλλα κάτι που σου προκαλούσε αίσθηση μη καθαριότητας. μερικά δωμάτια είχαν μοκέτες αντί για πλακάκια στο πάτωμα και μύριζαν. |

Ήταν πολύ βολικό γιατί ήταν στο κέντρο για ψώνια και περιήγηση στα αρχιαολογικά μνημεία και πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό συγκοινωνίας. Ήταν ήσυχο και είχε ωραία εστιατόρια κοντά. Κατ' αρχήν θα πρέπει να βελτιώσει τον χώρο της τραπεζαρίας όπως επίσης και την εξυπηρέτηση κατα την ώρα του πρωινού αλλά και την ποσότητα διαθέσιμου πρωινού κατα τις ώρες που αυτό σερβίρεται. |

Καλη εξυπηρετηση, προθυμη Reception, καθαρα και ευρυχωρα δωματια, δυνατοτητα εκπτωσης στην τιμη του δωματιου σε επομενη επισκεψη Θα μπορουσε να υπαρχει πλουσιοτερο πρωινο. Περιοριζοταν σε croissants και γλυκα γενικα ενω θα μπορουσε να περιεχει και αλλαντικα,τυρια κλπ. |

The embassy hotel is in a great location easy walk to Termini & Republica metro stations. While prices in Rome are high this hotel was the least expensive that we could find. The rooms were adequate and breakfast was sufficient. |

The friendlyness of the management and staff, nothing was too much trouble, they went out of their way to ensure that the stay was enjoyable - I will return to this hotel the next time I am in Rome Traffic noise outside was noticable but not overly obtrusive |

Helpfull and kind staff, They spoke excellent English. Free internet in the hotel (to share). Excellent location to tourist spots, private gym/saloon underneath, plenty of restraunts around. Nothin, We enjoyed our stay. |

Extremely helpful and friendly staff At breakfast would be nice to have some cold cuts (meat Like ham etc), since I cannot eat jam or the sweet croissants,which left me with cereal and bread and butter. |

We were actually very disappointed of the hotel - it does not disurve more than 2 stars!!! The rooms are not very clean (especially the bathroom where I can say that it had an awfull smell) and the isolation is extremely bad. We were on the same floor with the breakfast room and starting 7AM is was impossible to sleep. The location is good but everything else leaves a lot of space for improvement. I would honestly not reccomend you to book this hotel - we will never again take it! |

clean room, polite, helpful staff at reception desk, large triple room., clean linen, position ok, not to far by bus from the center. unwelcome entry into hotel, does not look like a regular hotel entrance, scary elevator , it looks like hundreds years old, fridge is working poorly, TV has no english channels, the detergent used on the floors give the room and breakfast room a hospital smell. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful who were happy to issue maps & recommend attractions & places to eat. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Hotel very well located for easy access by foot to all attractions and well located for the metro to the Vatican. Brilliant restaurants within close proximity to the hotel, were the locals eat - not the sub-standard tourist eateries. |

walking distance to main attractions, great air con breakfast was generally good however should provide at least one savory option, after 3 days of sweet breakfast we did not want to look at anything sweet... |

Room was clean. Staff was helpfull and they all speak english. Aircondition and safety box were free. Room was small, bathroom was so tiny that it was close that you couldn´t fit in to the shower. We travel a lot and we don´t complain much about these things but the breakfast was poor. |

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. There was a computer with free internet. Breakfast was great. It was also a great location- close to Termini station but in a nice area. About a 5-10 min walk to the nearest metro station (Repubblica). Make sure you know how to find it. It's well signposted and is part of a larger building which has one main entrance through a large black door. We had no problems finding it thanks to Google maps street view. |
