This 3-star hotel is located in a prestigious and central position in the historical centre of Rome, just a few steps from Via Veneto, Villa Borghese and Termini train station.

Totally renewed in 2002, the hotel combines a comfortable atmosphere with a central location and friendly staff.

From the hotel, it is easy to reach most of the artistic points of interest in Rome, including the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain, on foot.

Hotel information

Hotel Embassy, like Rome, is a mix of old and new: the common spaces and the outdoors, renovated in 2002, are in a classical style, whilst the recently-refurbished rooms are decorated in a modern, comfortable style. The hall is characterised by a white classical arch that leads to a comfortable lounge reserved for guests. The lounge is finely decorated with 2 beautiful mosaics in a Roman Architectural Style, which are reminiscent of the Imperial Age.

The reception is open 24 hours a day to give guests the best assistance. There is also free luggage storage for late departures.

Food & beverage

A rich continental breakfast is served on the main floor and is included in the room rate.

The breakfast includes: coffee, espresso, cappuccino, chocolate milk, tea, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice, croissants, chocolate, yoghurt.

Area information

The hotel is located very close to Via Veneto, the most beautiful and elegant area in the heart of Rome, well-known all over the world for the most famous of Fellini’s movies: ‘La Dolce Vita’. It is renowned for its cafés, restaurants and shops.

During the Roman Imperial Age this area included some of the most luxurious villas of Rome, belonging to prominent people such as Julius Caesar and Sallustio. The district's golden age coincides with the Baroque.

From the Embassy Hotel it is also very easy to reach on foot most of the historical and artistic points of interest in Rome, from the Spanish steps to the Trevi Fountain.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice room, free wi-fi (and those who don't have their own laptops can use internet on the computer near reception), good location, not a noisy street outside, new towels and sheets everyday

It would be nice to add at least some cheese and ham to breakfast (now breakfast is good, but everything is sweet); if you need to blow dry long hair it will take you a while

Very fine hotell rigth in the middle of the city and close to everything

The breakfast was poor . I missed eggs,ham and cheese.This is what We think belonging in 3*** / 4**** hotel with international standard

The second stay (9th-10th August) was much nicer than the first (31st July-2nd August) as the room we had was much bigger and newer.

First room we had was very small and shower nearly impossible to use. Breakfast run until 10:15 but by 9:30 a lot has run out, but for the price it was good.

Location of the hotel, walkable from Roma Termini.

The staff on duty on 6th night, didn't know how to welcome guests. A smile seemed so expensive, I was smiling more as a guest despite a long day's journey.

The staff was so courteous and helpful. Great location and we enjoyed walking and seeing the sites along the way to the major tour locations. Gave us good recommendations for tours which they will book for you. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Good air conditioning, rooms very clean, receptionists very helpful

There was no lounge bar but lounge was comfortable. Breakfast was ample but bland - no cheese or cold mests - only jam, chocolate and honey

Spacious room, very clean, air conditioning, staff very friendly, within walking distance of the historic centre.

The rooms were quite basic but this was reflected in the price.

The front desk staff. Very helpful and professional.

Very poor continental breakfast. Poor bathroom set up in room. Elevator is a century old.
