People at the reception were friendly. I booked a double room and they received from Booking.com a reservation for a twin room (they said) so we had to move to a smaller room for the first night. It also was a bit noisy during the night and in the morning. |

Helpfull and kind staff, They spoke excellent English. Free internet in the hotel (to share). Excellent location to tourist spots, private gym/saloon underneath, plenty of restraunts around. Nothin, We enjoyed our stay. |

Extremely helpful and friendly staff At breakfast would be nice to have some cold cuts (meat Like ham etc), since I cannot eat jam or the sweet croissants,which left me with cereal and bread and butter. |

We were actually very disappointed of the hotel - it does not disurve more than 2 stars!!! The rooms are not very clean (especially the bathroom where I can say that it had an awfull smell) and the isolation is extremely bad. We were on the same floor with the breakfast room and starting 7AM is was impossible to sleep. The location is good but everything else leaves a lot of space for improvement. I would honestly not reccomend you to book this hotel - we will never again take it! |

clean room, polite, helpful staff at reception desk, large triple room., clean linen, position ok, not to far by bus from the center. unwelcome entry into hotel, does not look like a regular hotel entrance, scary elevator , it looks like hundreds years old, fridge is working poorly, TV has no english channels, the detergent used on the floors give the room and breakfast room a hospital smell. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful who were happy to issue maps & recommend attractions & places to eat. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Hotel very well located for easy access by foot to all attractions and well located for the metro to the Vatican. Brilliant restaurants within close proximity to the hotel, were the locals eat - not the sub-standard tourist eateries. |

Room was clean. Staff was helpfull and they all speak english. Aircondition and safety box were free. Room was small, bathroom was so tiny that it was close that you couldn´t fit in to the shower. We travel a lot and we don´t complain much about these things but the breakfast was poor. |

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. There was a computer with free internet. Breakfast was great. It was also a great location- close to Termini station but in a nice area. About a 5-10 min walk to the nearest metro station (Repubblica). Make sure you know how to find it. It's well signposted and is part of a larger building which has one main entrance through a large black door. We had no problems finding it thanks to Google maps street view. |

The hotel is very well located, very close to the main train station Termini and Repubblica subway station. The breakfast was poor, air condition was not working and we had bugs in room. At the first look, this hotel looks expensive, but, as a tourist in Rome, after 2 days, you will find the hotel very cheap. |

Frienship and hospitality of the reception was very well. Location of the hotel was very good to reach the famous places of the city easily. Breakfast may have additional possibilities like cheese, honey and olive. |

The room was clean and location is close to the center. I parked car on the street, that was better since weekend and nights are free. Also free internet in the room. The hotel occupied only smal part of the building. For soma reason the hall was never cleaned, I mean vacuumed. The breakfast was good but cheap. Also extra bed was broken to keep adult. |

THis hotel will be nice for tourists which are looking for excursions mainly, this hotel location is very closed to Coliseum, Spain stairs etc. I would recommend to modify the breakfast, it was very poor one. |

Very friendly staff. A plain and simple hotel, however its clean and good value for money. Only english channel on TV is BBC.....would be good if the 30 + channels had a few more in english. Restuarant tips werent the best from the hotel staff. Rooms very small. |
