Basic, large, airconditioned, very clean bedroom (triple) and bathroom. Sufficient buffet breakfast. Good central location for metro and bus terminal. Entrance and stairways to hotel very tatty and off putting, but once past that room was value for money. |

It is very well located and the staff is extremely helpful. I didn't fit in the shower, and the TV channels had a very bad reception. No watching TV in this hotel. |

When we checked in our room was the size of a shoe box. You couldn't pass eachother unless one retreated into the corner. However our bathroom had a leak and there was water all over our floor. Combined with dirty shoes it looked disguesting. |

Staff was friendly/helpful. Location is 10 min walk from main station, in a quiet area. Size of the room, especially the bathroom was unexpectedly small. |

20-25 min walk to some attractions and train station, air conditioner worked fine, the room was big and clean, high ceilings, small TV worked, breakfast was OK - yogurt, pastries, coffee (very bad), tea. Friendly staff, 24 hours availability. The hotel is located on the second/third floors of an old dirty building with very dirty entrance/carpet/stairs/elevator. Our room (bathroom's toilet) was not clean when we came. They moved us to a different room. It is extremely noisy outside (even with windows closed), old dorm style furniture, cheap bedding, rock-pillows. |

The hotel is close to the Republicca Metro stop, and close to major sights in Rome (either walking or metro). The staff, particularly the afternoon person that was on when I checked in was very friendly and helpful and they all spoke English. The hotel was very clean and felt safe. They had a computer in the lobby that you could access the internet for free. Room was small and basic but expected/normal for Europe. |

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff were bilingual, friendly and helpful at all times, the hotel room was in excellent condition, the heating worked. I would say this was our home away from home. Made our holiday very enjoyable. The lifft was quite small but given that the building is old, understandable in the circumstances. Was in perfect working condition though although it couldnt take more than 4 people and not more than 2 at a time if they've got luggage with them. |

The location of the hotel is very good, neer Metro station, near the Tour Bus station and near supermarket. The staff was very nice and explained us how to reach every place we wanted to go.the price is fair. I personaly didnt like the breackfast becaues its a continental breackfast without any vegetables, eggs or cheese. |

The location in relation to tourist sights and transport options was very good. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was more than sufficient provided you got there early before supplies ran out. The heating in the room was very poor with insuffiient bedclothes and the extra blanket provided was dirty. Room facilities were very basic & the shower temperature was often unreliable although the pressure was quite poweful. The walls were extremely thin !!! |
