Specially the location.
The breakfast was too much sweet. It was to change or at least to make it different everyday. Some turists like vegetables or fruits.
The Location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staffs are great! Quite approachable......
I think the rooms is still kind of small. And the satelite TV only has 2 stations that speak English.......and they are news station
The entrance is very off-putting.
Dining room staff was very nice and courteous
Location relative to the city's fine. All other things beneath criticism. Banks and crowded rooms, bathroom and shower is very narrow, below average sized person can not enter the shower. Reception staff very unpleasant. In short, look for another place to stay. Netherlands
The staff were friendly The air conditioner worked
The elevator is small and antiquated. The breakfast is minimal The bathroom was extremely tight - couldn't turn around in the shower The WiFi did not work in the rooms You have to hand the key into reception each time you leave the building
Hotel was just great, breakfast was wonderful, pleasant staff, fast service, loved everything! Hotel close to everything! Highly recommended!
VAT tax in euros. That I did not know I have to pay after my credit card was passed. :(
Location is superb A rather large room for a European hotel located in the historic city center of a major tourist city Quite clean Attentive and friendly personnel No problems with water A nice balcony and a room with a view. Three of us stayed at this hotel sharing a room for 5 nights. We all are savvy travelers and by the end of the stay admitted that the hotel exceeded our expectations (provided the price we paid). Would definitely recommend it for anybody who is looking for an inexpensive stay right in the center of Rome.
If you are used to sleeping in an absolute tranquility don't choose a room, which faces the main street.
the location of the hotel is good for short trip close to the train station and the hotel not far from a famous via Veneto. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfasts are good but do not expect any "European" breakfast
the cleaning services could be better as well as the rooms have a very modest attire
good breakfast; good location; clean; wonderful service!
The staff, food, and size of the room...
Wifi almost didn't even work at any time...
Location was good. Good price.
Small room, average shower, and all around just a place to sleep. Bed was small and not comfortable. Breakfast would be better if there was fruit.
Air con was great. Breakfast was a nice touch.
Hotel's staff is very friendly and the facilities meet all standard requirements.
I called them 2 minutes after booking because I noticed the date was wrong, they said no cancellations, no refunds for any reason. A simple typo cost me 62 euro because they would not change the date to the next day. Bad customer service!
The hotel was very close to Republicca and Piazza Barberini, and the 64 bus line takes you to lots of attractions!! Kumar, who worked the night shift, was extremely helpful and answered many of our questions. Beds were comfortable, and room was a good size. There were different pastries available for breakfast and breads for toast, with some yogurt and juice. Nice enough.
Nothing I can think of.
Great service by mr. Kumar
very good location nice guide and helpful stuff. free wifi good breakfast
no hot bar in the room to make a tea or coffee the room very small comparing to the pries
The location is fine, easy to find and to catch other public transport
The internet is poor
Breakfast was ok, cappuccino coffee was perfect, a/c in the room very good... Wifi service ok...
Small rooms, not so clean, old building...nothing like the pictures...
We were only in Rome for one night so it was a quick visit and ultimately the hotel was just for sleeping. Room was clean - smelled like cleaner. Beds were comfortable and bedding seemed clean. Location was convenient to the metro and was in more of a business district so the crowds/noise was minimal. We were able to check-in early because our room was available.
Contacted hotel prior to arrival with no response. Upon arrival, the building where the hotel is located is older and seemed dirty/unkept. The photos online are well done as they make the rooms look bigger and nicer than they really are. The bathroom was tiny and the shower hose was broken. I was able to shower in the next room but that shower didn't drain. The staff did not seem concerned or apologetic that their facilities were subpar. When checking out, I asked to pay in cash. Instead I was given a credit card receipt as the hotel had charged me immediately after I booked the hotel online. They said because it was a "non-refundable" reservation, they charged the money right away instead of holding the room with the credit card when it said it was on file for deposit. Overall, not worth the money. Spend 10-15euro more and stay in a better hotel.
Wifi connection, poor breakfeast (no cheese)
The quality of the breakfast could be a lot better.
