Rooms are basic but clean. Beds were super comfortable. staff very nice. Easy walking distance to termini or downtown.
Breakfast has no cheese, meats or fruit. They charged the creditcard i booked with without asking, even though i said i wanted to pay cash.
Slow internet Small shower Toilet to closet to the wall 3 inch
I liked the area .
Pour breakfest,old building,small elevator.
Great location for us with good restaurants. Friendly staff. Good cappuccinos in the breakfast room.
Location Breakfast was good and plentiful Reception staff extremely helpful and engaging Blackout shutters on windows extremely effective Mini bar and soft drinks in room fridge
No coffee facilities in room Had to change rooms after first night
Excellent & affordable for those travelers' wanting to stay somewhere that has basic needs covered, includes a delicious breakfast and close enough to walk to where the shopping is great, where the main attractions are, or to get tour groups or buses to other attractions.
On a main road so a bit noisy and people seem to like honking their car horns here like all the time!
Location and surrounding area. The staff were very friendly, comfy bed.
The breakfast choices were limited.
Walking distance Central station, Easy walking to all east-side attractions. Very helpful staff
Generally: fine. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent position; at most 10 minutes on foot from Termini, near plenty of bus routes, though to make the most of the latter when you first arrive you need the advice of the reception desk staff.
The wi-fi was not 100% reliable, though when we asked for help in getting a stronger signal it was efficiently provided.
The staff were very helpful, there were a few restaurants close by, which was good after a long day sight seeing. Very close to the main train station. All in all a very good and enjoyable holiday.
To be honest, we cannot think of any negative points.
Noise from faulty pump in bathroom kept breaking out throughout night leading to a poor sleep. Problem indicated to hotel with assurance of being addressed.
I liked the position and the room
The breakfast . If you are diabetic you ar going to have a coma. The city tax of 4 euro/person/day you can"t pay with card and you don"t get any bill for paying it
The staff was very friendly, all except the manager
The wifi didn't work hardly. My husband had to stand one foot in the shower and one on the floor just to use the restroom bc the bathroom was incredibly small. We had to leave a day early due to an emergency and the manager wouldn't allow us to get out of paying for the last night, which the night shift guy said we should.
nothing I liked about this hotel
breakfast was very poor and no choices. internet at the rooms were fake and doesn't reach you. location was very bad
Excellent location close to restaurants historic sites and transport
Nothing small but clean and comfortable
The staff were very pleasant. The room was quiet. There are nice, small restaurants nearby.
Difficult walk to main transport system. Hotel is old and there was an unpleasant smell of drains in our room.
Hotel was fantastic, Location is good, Staff was remarkable and location is fabulous.
The Bathroom. It was unrealistically small! I was barely able to sit on the toilet. Not to mention I was unable to enter the bath cabin at all! Awful! And I'm not even fat! I'm 192 cm, 100 kilograms... Awful experience!
The bedroom was small and the on-suite was tiny, overall a nice hotel, a good location but over priced
Staff very helpful, within walking distance of many tourist interest sites. Room was comfortable although cosy. Many restaurants within walking distance.
Breakfast very modest - Coffee (good), orange juice, yogurt and bread and pastry. Noisy toilet.
The location was great. Staff spoke English. They were very instrumental in arranging some transportation to and from airport and sites. Price was great for center of city. Close to bus and train terminal.
Steps to the Lobby. Had a lot of luggage in preparation for cruise. Had to carry to elevator (lift) which was only big enough for 3 people. Rooms very small. Not as shown on website. Friend in other room had broken shower. Okay for one night, but would want better for longer stay.
Location is good, near to termini, an old guy in reception was very kind. He helped with locations
Room was very small, breakfast was not good, hotel don't even provide iron box, no laundry fecilities. Bathroom was very very small. Overall I rate it 2 star,
Erika in restaurant friendly always made us feel welcome
